තවත් fule ඉතුරුව a/c පාවිච්චි කරන්න tip එකක් තමා වාහනයේ වීදුරු හොදටම UV cut කරන tint එකක් කරන එක.
හරියටම කියලා දුන්නා. ලංකාවෙ වාහන පදින බහුතරයක් මේවා දන්නෙ නෑ. AC හදන මිකැනික් අය මේවා පාරිබෝගිකයන්ට කියනවා හරි අඩුයි.

Be Proactive when it comes to Ur AC or your car maintenance in general ...Don't wait until something goes wrong. and please engage the services of a competent Ac technician and not a "jam gaha yata bass"'...ur Ac compressors Bearings don't cost much but are ignored the most...if there is a significant difference if fuel consumption with the AC off {3 to 4 Lt )or frequent belt slippages' most likely the culprit is worn out bearings. A clogged radiator or condenser may be another reason. get the total system checked. pressure test etc: especially the European models. very expensive to repair.

A Fuel saving tip.......Keep ur RPM around 2000 to 2500..and don't over-rev the engine. keep a steady and even drive cut down on sporadic braking, read the traffic and think ahead.
Remember ur Eyes go in front of you.

A battery cooling unit was newly developed for the Outlander PHEV. The cooling unit is installed in the lithium ion battery pack. This unit can be independently operated, and therefore, it can cool down the battery according to the temperature inside the lithium ion battery pack, without being affected by the operation of the cabin air conditioning. Consequently it contributes to the improvement of reliability and the extension of the service life of the high voltage lithium ion battery (Figure 3).

It doesnt matter when u engage the compressor same energy is used even if its 24 C or 17 C !

නමුත් A/C පද්ධතිය ඇතුලත අදික ලෙස දුහුවිලි තැන්පත් වීමක් වෙන්න පුලුවන් නේද?
Nice video but AC won't drop your efficiency 1 or 2 km per litre. It just reduces it around 500m per litre.
It depends on the vehicle. For most vehicle, it is 1 or 2km.
Actually it cannot reduce upto 1-2km and its not a practical figure. The load takes by the engine due to ac compressor is lesser than a load takes by the engine due to additional passenger weigh. So in that case if your car does 13Kmpl just with driver. It should be doing around less than 5kmpl with full passenger capacity. Thats not a acceptable logic. Also according to my knowledge every hybride doesn’t come with a air cooling system, some are liquid cooled by a coolant. Actually these systems are using to manage the heat of these Li-ion batteries. This process is known as battery pack thermal management system. Liquid cooling is more efficient since liquid has more heat absorption at low flowing rates. But weights more than air. Relatively air has very less heat absorption rate comparatively with liquid but less weigh so they made those to have a high air flow through the battery pack. This is the basic of this concept and can be justify more and more.
