Kallmann syndrome - no puberty + anosmia. Living with Kallmann syndrome

Kallmann syndrome is a form of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. This is a condition where puberty does not start correctly. It is also associated with having no sense is smell - anosmia.
It is not the same as having delayed puberty.
I was mis- labelled as a late bloomer until I was 23.
I have to be on some form hormone treatment life long since I do not produce testosterone naturally.
The psychological issues of missing out on both puberty and adolescence can affect patients more than the physical symptoms of the condition, especially in terms of body image and infertility.
