HoFer Warren Sapp Rookie was nice and the Jeter and Griffey. Oh yeah Webber was inducted into the HoF in 21.
Webber is in 😄 I guess that’s what happens when I read articles from 2018
Those 90s Stadium Club Inserts just hit differently...
Weekend recaps are the absolute best! Thank you so much.
I'm glad you like them because I really enjoy making those videos!
Ahhh the good old days, I remember cutting grass to support my baseball card hunger. I really loved the Stadium Club, Fleer Ultra, Upper Deck, and Flair. Good memories of an easier and better time!
It was definitely an easier and better time all around!
A Jeter and a Griffey in the same pack ! That was sick ! ... and now the Pro stars theme will be stuck in my head
Warren Sapp rookie card was sweet
Jamie Moyer pitched 26 years, 1986-2012
Enjoyed it Jon!! Loved ProStars! Great find!!!
I believe NBC was heavily promoting Prostars for what I think was the last block of Saturday morning toons before the network transformed it.
As always great video
Chris Webber is a yes to Hall of Fame.
Last pack was the best!
Wow nice Jeter prospect card.
Nice pick-ups, Jon. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching, John!
That Warren Sapp 95 tsc is a rookie though that's dope
Love that prostars video.
That's a sick cris carter insert
Wow, that was a great last pack. I do remember Pro Stars as a show but don't remember the theme at all. Thanks, Jon!
Thanks Will! That was some last pack magic alright.
Good to see no dirty Band-Aid
😂
Great upper deck pack. Wow.. I've opened many 1994 packs and never had seen Jeter's card. Thanks
That was great. Thank you for watching!
Awesome content awesome channel! Great video today! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Jason!
Chris Webber is in fact in the Hall of Fame.
Really nice pulls, bro! Awesome Pro Stars vhs. And The Real Ghostbusters book for $3 sounds like an excellent find. Thanks man
Thanks man!
Nothing better than a ziploc full of random packs
That Pro Stars tape is a great pickup!
that griffey is awesome!
rare pull with the electric diamond. probably paid for both grab bags with that card alone.
Honorable for your bro😊! Wish I could pull 1.
Loved this rip of random years and products
Best football card was the 95 stadium club Sapp
Good stuff !! You da man !
Pretty cool you and bro collect, my brother 2 years older than me but he collects records and I’m mostly cards.
OMG !!! Your brother is Jabs Family 🤯🤯 I just watched this video then his at the flea markets, worlds are colliding 😂
😄 haha yep I was walking out of that place as he was walking in.
I have the Pro Stars Bo Jackson card and until today i didn’t know what it was from. Thanks for the info!
I always tried to carve my pumpkin to look like Zane Smith...
Kool Griffey
Warren Sapp Draft card. Nice.
Chris Webber is in the hall of fame btw. 2021 inductee.
I was reading an article last week that I guess was published in 2018 before he was in 😂
@@thepastisalive it’s all good. I knew I remember him getting elected but you made me second guess myself 😂😂
10:56, the saap rookie is about $33
most are listed at 2 or 3$ but still a cool card
Oh crap. I have that Harold Miner. "Baby Jordan". The media takes an L on that one.
Nice finds 🤘
Nice pickups! Sweet Jeter!
nice pull on the griffey and jeter in the same pack Johnny!
Good deal on those packs. Let me know if you ever make the trip out to eastern PA. Jake’s in Barto is open now.
This summer, hopefully!
Hahaha! I legit wondered if you’d ask me that! I’m an old school Becket guy, So I’m in the “XRC” camp
The XRC Beckett camp is on the right side of history 😄
Warren Sapp RC !!!
😂 I just bought the same Sapp rookie and I think it paid for that grab bag
Wow didn't know Jabs was your bro
Dude your channels are great
1 last thing we call the outdoor flea market the DIRT MALL
Pennsylvania native east of the susquehanna
Thanks Terry! Never heard the dirt mall expression though!
If i saw all those baggie packs i would have to buy every single one, i have a sickness. Never heard of the pro stars stuff
Glad to see your brother getting a card, maybe your next???
Charles Barkley - Kemp slam dunk stars is 1 : 36 packs. It's a $15 card
Thanks for the heads up!
I have never heard of Pro Stars...
Nice Jeter!
Zane Smith factoid: he was only 1-13 in 1989 but had an ERA of 3.49
Wonder if Mitchell Rieg knows Paul Heron?
Nice definitely doubled your $$$ lol.
Moyer pitched for 25 years
While the Erik card is cool, the real OGs have TPIA on the floor RCs. 😎
😂💪
Off topic I assume, but saw the ‘85 McGwire has a Marlboro sign in the background. I know your love for offensive signage, and as a 46 yr old who basically considers that card my own personal Holy Grail- I own 30 of them now, but admittedly- Had No Clue That Sign Was There!!! I swear, I’m always the last to know
I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that either! I have to know though, do you consider that to be McGwire’s rookie?
What a hot pack to end the rip! Were they the first foil cards?
Not quite first, but close!
Is Jeter in series 1 of 1993 Stadium Club? Hope you're able to pull at least one.
Jeter is actually in the 93 Stadium Club Murphy set, so we won’t find him in those boxes but hopefully we’ll see a bunch of sweet inserts.
I. Had. This. Book
Congrats Jon on that Amaxing 94 Upper Deck Pack and absolutely loved your MVP Hockey Pack as you pulled a Kraken player but More Importantly My Fav Hockey Player Logan Couture! *I always spell his name wrong 🤦🤷🏻 #39 on The San Jose Sharks! Any way some sweet finds and Pro Stars I honestly do not recall... Do you know which station it use to air on? 1991 I was watching I forgot what cartoons LOL! Btw sorry I've missed so much of your content, I was hospitalized 2 weeks ago then fell so far behind on CZcams :(
OMG you're giving away my fav PC Player Craig Biggio and its a slabbed 89 Upper Deck?! 😱 Congrats to the future winner :)
Hey Pauly, ProStars aired on NBC back in 1991! Thank you for watching. I’m sorry to hear about the hospitalization, I hope everything is okay 🙏
@@thepastisalive 💪 Finally fully recovered and Appreciate the Knowledge as I clearly had no idea it aired but looks pretty cool.
And liked commented and subscribe!!
hoping this is the video to comment on for biggio slab.
also my eyes may be playing tricks on me but can someone tell me whats going on on the front of that 94 upper deck baseball pack wrapper? the player onvthe wrapper his face looks warped.
You doubled your money on that last pack alone Jon. You did see Erik and the fam coming out of that flea yea?
Definitely some last pack magic. I was literally walking out of the store and Erik was walking in.
becareful you gonna hurt jons feelings your brother and you live rent free in his mind
THERE WAS 13 PROSTAR RAN FROM SEPT-NOV 1993
You’re right! 13 episodes. September - December 91
Your supply seems endless
Why cut open a zip lock bag? Lol
The tops were taped. Somebody did it to see what packs were in there.
Nice pro stars and jeter!
Topps/Fanatics IMO has no (true) creative people working there. What a horrendous job making influencer cards & not have their "work stations" be the background. Hands not even needed. So lame in fact, that Chi City Pulls has been given Jabs local park as a background.
I didn’t even notice that!
Erik's pic on the card is actually great considering he had to submit it himself.
I quit supporting his brother after I found out his wife left him because of his card addiction and he got rid of his dog because it was too loud during his live streams. I used to be a Patreon member of his too, but I felt like I was always getting ripped off and paying 2x 3x pack prices. So I havnt seen a video of his in years. The past is alive is more my style. This guy seems like he enjoys the cards instead of his brother who only wants to flip cards for profits.
I liked pro stars to bad it was a short run.
Webber actually did make the HOF!
PSA SUCKS
