    I was in Bangkok in October, many moons ago and it was so humid and hot just sweating and sticky all of the times. Bangkok’s temperature is like my hometown Florence (Italy) in the summer months!!

      Manila and northern Philippines is always a little less humid than Bangkok. The difference becomes more evident during the 'ber' months. Sometimes you could get lucky when the cold front from China comes in early and Manila will be blessed by cool air during morning and evenings. Best chance for ideal weather in South-east Asia will be Jan to early March if you don't want hot and humid weather.

    Great suggestions! We live in Canada and we've been a lot of times to the Caribbean. Never been to Cuba tough, we're thinking of trying this winter 🙂

      We Just returned from Cuba , …do your research before you go , shortages there now of food and paper, take toilet paper, jam, hot sauce, Heinz ketchup and most importantly a good attitude with low standards ,

      Thanks Harry. I appreciate you taking the time to mention this. It's hard to know how loud it should be because everyone is watching on a different device. I'll definitely go a bit lower with the music in the future.

    Ha ha, he forgot the cheapest of all: Sri Lanka! 30% cheaper than Thailand for example......Most folks speak English, and there is good food, fantastic Beaches, great Mountain areas, interesting culture, safety is perfect, Sri Lankans are the nicest people, Hotels from 15 USD per night at 500 meters from the Beach, and what to think of a breakfast at 1,50 USD including coffee and mineral water!

      @Priceoftravel  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Thanks for the comment. I actually track travel prices around the world on my website for the last 14 years and Sri Lanka isn't even one of the cheapest in Asia, but I am a big fan myself and I'm looking forward to being back. I'm also glad that the country is recovering from the unrest and it's welcoming tourists again!

      That is your problem, you do not know. As with many CZcamsrs they just "think" but do not look at the facts, the statistics.Google ; cost of living ( org ) Philippines vs Sri Lanka and you can learn something from those details. First know then write it down......

      Those are great suggestions, especially in that price range. They are too cold in January and February, but really nice for most of the rest of the year. Thanks for watching and I'll definitely be talking about Malta in future videos.

    Boracay info it out of date, they now have chain hotels and is far too developed - about 10 years ago it was nice, not anyway - went back for the first time in 2022 for about 8 years, prior this to this i used to go every year.

    Where is Cuba on your list?
    For many years, I avoided Cuba because of the bad stories. Since the end of COVID, I've been six times. Yes, hotels are often old; yes, the food is limited; yes, the internet is only for picking up emails. But, if you, like me, only use the room for sleeping and enjoy hearty meals, you'll have a fantastic experience. The Cuban people are super friendly and grateful you’re in their country. Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Coco, and Cayo Largo are unbelievably safe. And the beaches... warm clear water... powder white sand... miles long... underdeveloped, walk up the beach and find yourself only seeing nature.
    Often, prices for all-inclusive packages are less than airfare to Europe and half of what it cost to fly to Asia.

      @Priceoftravel  Před 8 měsíci +2

      Thanks for the great info! I did mention that Cuba is cheapest for non-Americans and I'm glad to hear it's true. I would definitely mention more about it, but all of the international online travel agencies are barred from showing information in the United States. Even if I go to the Canadian Expedia site I get zero results when searching for Cuba resorts so unfortunately I'll have to leave the Cuba video to someone else.

      Anyone giving travel advice who doesn't realize that Mexico has its fair share of rundown places either needs to explore more of Mexico or be more honest. It's not helpful to the public to pretend otherwise. The point of that was that Mexico City was about the 10th city in Mexico that I'd visited and big cities tend to have problems, but the entire center of Mexico City is MUCH nicer than you'd expect based on most other tourist places in the country. And as you probably know, the outer ring of Mexico City IS one of the more ramshackle places in North America.

    • @paulfelkner6749
      @paulfelkner6749 Před 6 měsíci

      Sure, Mexico City can be dangerous, as almost every American city that is not even walkable anymore- exception certainly Boston and perhaps NYC.
      That being said, I went to Panama City, San Jose, Istanbul, Cairo and Amman this year and found all to be extremely safe.
