Each letter is the first letter of the numbers when spelled out. So 1 written as "One" begins with "O". Two and Three begin with T so you hit that twice. Four and Five means F gets hit twice too, and Six and Seven means S gets a double whammy. Eight is on its own so that only gets one touch, Nine is alone too and also only gets a single punch. To top it off, go back to the letter T for Ten and progress.

You have to light each letter in the same color, but green is not available for all the letters. Only yellow is available for all letters.
