So many pets! I never had an axolotl before but I did grow up with newts. Have you seen many newts in the pet stores? My favorite is the Japanese Fire belly(Cynops pyrrhogaster) and the Sword Tail newt(Cynops ensicauda).
Fire belly newt is look like iguana. I have never been at pet shop!
