About : This tool Help you to Install APK from PC& TRY to force it to THE External Storage.
tested works perfect . especially on Chinese devices with low internal memory :D

Its Loading . It doesnt Install at all

NEEDS : usb debugger option enabled & ROOT..
also you should test it on a small apk just to make sure it works for your device .. then install larger ones what ever size you wish.
