More Than I Can Say from 1980 is my absolute favourite,you can hear every word he says,unlike the modern tripe that they turn out today.
My mother has always had difficulty speaking English as she’s immigrated all over the world as kid and speaks many languages but as a kid she’d always sing me this song in broken English whenever I’d be sad or when she was cleaning dishes. I’ve finally cracked the code and found the actual lyrics and found the song 🥺 I played it to her at dinner and she cried because she too was searching for this song for decades

When I was 12 years of age, I bought an IPod player, this song was the only song that was there as a test. When I first listened to this song, I played it again. I never add another song to that device only Leo. I later lost the IPod player. 😢
When I was 23, I went to CZcams to search for the lyrics, after that, I downloaded the song again and feel afresh.
I went to a Musical competition of which I sang this song, and an aged woman was crying.

In my high school. I was in love with this girl. I could not talk to her for the whole 9th grade. I Lost so much weight. My parents though I was sick. I use to listen to this song. Finely fate has brought us together. Next 3 years she was my girl friend. Her name was Apple. Sweet 80s.
I got similar story it was my neighbour, i moved town i haven't seen her for 35 years but i still feel the same we both have grown up children and we live in totally different countries but we always keep in touch. Finally when i told her how much i was in love with she blamed me for not approaching her i didn't know she did loved me too but she was waiting for me to make the first move, i was 16 years old and extremely shy, even today am still very shy guy. This song was my only relief.
