My name is Dr Sarah Tonks, and I'm an aesthetic physician based in Knightsbridge, London. I have degrees in both medicine and dentistry, and diplomas in cosmetic science and dermatology (I've got a bit of an education addictionđ€) and have been practicing medical aesthetics for over 10 years. I think possibly this is my favourite result; just look at her! Everything so subtle but noticeably better, she must be so, so happy!

I know. Just wow. Iâve started all this process being 44. The waiting room is always filled with people I didnât think needed much done. Then I was told they didnât look like they needed much done because it has already been done. At least been done right. So many people get these procedures and I never knew. We just can spot the bad ones and that is what we think it looks like normally. I just wished it lasted longer. Several grand just to wear off is a bummer.
The PRP under the eyes looked scary when it was creating that bubble, but the results look really nice and subtle. She doesn't look fake, just a bit more plump and soft.
The bubble was terrifying!

I love how subtle these procedures are but the changes are absolutely stunning, this lady looks like she had a 2 months nap and is now fully rested and healthy, great for her :3

Very good advice on letting things settle before you panic. I have injectables about every 14 months and this is so true! I agree on the blepharoplasty, my Mom had it done in her 40's, and she is now 87 and it still looks amazing, probably the longest lasting effect if it's done early enough.

Wow I can see why you go to the trouble of doing the PRP under the eyes. It really improved the texture and and look of pigmentation which is normally such a pain to address.

As I'm in my 56th year, I found this video the best ! I totally understand why you would not discuss costs (multitude of reasons) but I'm wondering if you could list the procedure and mls of material used in the description. That would give me an idea of the cost that I would be looking at in my country/region. Probably asking too much and I apologize if I offended. Thank you for posting. All your videos are very much appreciated.
Def same thing I wanted to ask. At least so I can start saving for the things I could afford and focus on the most beneficial. Even just a close estimate would help so much. :0)
Most clinics will tell you the cost per 0.5, 1, 2 and 3ml on their websites. Based on what you want done you should be able to work out roughly how much it would cost you. If you want an exact cost you would have to book a consultation. Also some clinics offer payment by instalments, they do where I am anyway. Not all of them though.
Pretty sure 8 mls were used here. I pay $750 per ml for Restalyne here in Australia.
@@littlemisschatterbox4595 I would never go to a clinic for any procedure other than the lips. In Australia you can't get temples etc done in a clinic. Too dangerous.

She looks great. All her harsher features are softened. Sheâs pretty and has beautiful skin. Boy oh boy I bet this was really expensive. Thatâs a lot of injections and milâs. Still would be very worth it to me. Great job. I would love to see her updates and the under eye treatment as I am slowly getting the same thing and would love to head it off at the pass. đ

Wow - great treatment! I love it because it's holistic. There is not one feature that looks out of place. Would love you to have another go on her and see if you can sort out that medial drift even more and maybe put a drop in her bottom lip. It looks like you're a few mls off a 10 years younger job!

Also my knees felt SO weak watching all those needles. Iâm not terrified of them but donât enjoy them; like I can donate blood but squirm when nurse is working on me. Do those needles hurt?

The results are very subtle but she definitely looks younger and more vibrant, overall lifted. It would be nice to have the means to choose procedures if one wanted them. Sadly not everyone is well-heeled enough for this privilege. Too many people are barely surviving in their middle age years these days.âčïž

Would love learn more about some of the less common injections you do i.e. injections in front of the ear and the chin crease. I love the subtle natural results, looking around for more info but can't find it.

Hi Doc, I had 1 ml on each of my checks injected this week and also 1 ml in my marionettes. A few days later I am now very pleased with the results but I have to say, I was a bit swollen and I was afraid this would be the look for the next 12 month...

I recently got Botox for jaw clenching, and also wanted a script for Retin-A. I got talked into the night cream with retinol and glycolic. Hi Sarah. Wow she looks great! I did a blepharoplasty in my early 40's (I'm 50) and the skin it's still up there. I also did some fillers under eye. Now, I believe that fillers stay a long time with me, cause the last time I had them was more than 1 year before and the effect is still there (at least in one eye). I got scared because after the procedure the under eye area on my right eye swallowed for a bit. It passed after a while but now, for the last few months the swallowing came back again. Can this be from the fillers? After such a long time? Is there anything I can do? Massaging would help? I do feel a soft bump there and the skin it's darker. Please let me know what you think.
sanda p can collect fluid under eye post fillers which is hard to get rid of- see how it goes but might need to hyalase it
