I put a large caster wheel on the outside of the pickup cage, keeps it from digging in, especially in turns. Also added a 1-way cylinder to raise the cage as necessary to shake a stuck bale loose.
You're right, it is a game changer. I bought one little over a month ago, took a little bit of tweaking and adjusting the bale lengths, But it works awesome. And that single bale off load, OMG.

need to learn to over steer the tractor a times over steering can move the pickup by 6 inches (left or right) or more if you do it just before the bale hits the pickup

Bale consistency is extremely important. Bale Loader adjustment will improve delivery
