He’s so amazing at counciling can you please do more common OSCE stations with him like chest pain, jaundice, breathlessness etc. because I love the way he phrases things and deals with concerns

As students in OSCEs are we given information prior to counselling the patient or do we have to go off of what we know?
Would all PTs get a CXR before starting methotrexate? I noticed the BNF only mentions FBC, U&E and LFTs for monitoring and pre-treatment screening?

Did he tell ‘Great’ after she said that her symptoms are affecting her work?

2:10 - "We don't understand the underlying cause. But we recommend starting taking our medication". Why not find someone who understands the real cause and work with you on its reversal.
Nobody understands the cause of rheumatoid arthritis yet though
