The song "Fremde Fahnen Pt II." (Foreign Flags) is from the album "Preußen" a creative homage to the D.K.R. "Deutsches Kaiserreich" long past to the annals of history - to a broader extent Prussian heritage.
As for text to speech, it is rather simple & already provided *in bold* within the information section.

@@greanteek5206 Apologies for the delayed reply, I don't know 100% the speech source but if I had to guess I would say Ezra Pound considering that Sven Bussler has on more than one occasion sampled his audio.
@@thorstenkrueger6575 Actually I've found the source of the speech. That is Hindenburg's speech in Koblenz, 1930. Unfortunately, I still could not find the audio.
@@greanteek5206 It could very well be an excerpt of his Armistice day speech in Potsdam as well...
