About Who's The Boss?:
Being a parent is tough; being a single parent is even tougher. So when injuries and his wife's death force ex-baseball player Tony Micelli (Tony Danza) into retirement, and a single mom, high powered advertising executive Angela Bower (Judith Light), needed someone to run her household, it was a match made in heaven. Or was it? After convincing her free spirited, mischievous mother, Mona Robinson (Katherine Helmond), that hiring Tony is the right thing to do, the less-than-tidy Angela welcomes him and his daughter Samantha (Alyssa Milano) as the live-in housekeeper for her and her son Jonathan (Danny Pintauro). And while their relationship starts out businesslike and platonic, becoming best friends and confidants makes it hard for two attractive, single adults living under one roof to resist their more grown-up impulses.

She could’ve just told the truth. Her dad used to play pro-baseball.
I was thinking the samething
Why not just say he's a former Major League baseball player?
I'd be proud if Tony was my father. My dad was a prick. Anyway, good show 👍🏻
Mine, too!
My father was a total a$$hole.
Tony left the neighborhood and the people he loved all to give his daughter a better start at life. That is a great dad!
I can understand why sam did this, every girl wants to be part of the "popular girl group" or the "cool girl group" in school, there is so much pressure to be "liked" by the "cool girl group" especially in junior high and high school
That episode really got to me because I was that age in the mid-1980s and a part of me wanted to fit in, too.
Jesus is God 🦁. Check my channel.
We all want to fit in at that agre regardless of the Era you grow up in.
@@kerriethompson2073 That's a fact.
You don't have to prove anything to anyone always believe in yourself.
Same. Hanging with the wrong people who were super fake and still til this day. Made me into an adult introvert.
I’d stay friends with a girl that had tony as a dad, even if he cleaned the house, I’d be like “he can come clean my house next” lol
Mine too. in fact i'd ask the girl, can he come clean my house next? lol.
I’m just a couple of years younger than Alyssa Milano but even as a 10 year old, I thought Tony Danza was cute.
0:38 he looks disappointed!
It used to really bother Tony that he couldn't give Sam things that rich parents could.
Iam not ashamed of you Tony....youre IT!!!!!
I miss shows having good writing, morals, and values.
ALL Who's The Boss? storylines and characters are recreated in The Nanny. she even used the same actors at times! It's sickening. Plagiarism is a crime and drescher should have gotten sued by the prods of WTB?
Liberals have really regressed since then.
Same here RoyalMasterpiece. Netflix would have a lot more revenue if they had shows like that.
Me too
0:38 The music. Was this supposed to be like ‘The Love Boat’ or ‘Fantasy Island’?
LOL this is why i loved this show as a kid
I could understand the embarrassment.
I feel like this was Prue, Piper, Pheobe and Paige.... hahahaha
Btw, I made a video where clips from "Who is the boss" are used as moments from Phoebe's childhood :) (You may find it on my channel) Just thought you may like it)
I loved this show growing up. Even more now that I have a 15 year old daughter of my own.
Did anyone notice the ouija board? I can’t unsee it.. 👺👹
I love episodes like this, with Sam's friends... trying to figure out what I recognize them from - I know the blond girl is from Baywatch, and the red haired girl was maybe on Just the Ten of Us? Off to Google.... :)
Nicole Eggert is her name!
@@angelaseremet2910 Ya, and I think Summer was her character? Or Autumn? Pretty sure it was a season! :)
@@megan2176 probably summer!
The girl with the dark brown hair played Abby’s daughter on Knots Landing for years.
Jamie Luner, you mean? ☺️
Happy birthday to Tony Danza
Hi.... Can we able to see the full episodes????? Really missing those days..... Plzzzzzz .... Make it possible
Yes
she was so cute and adorable as a child. i wish she would have stayed cute and adorable.
She grew up n became beautiful and gorgeous!
I remember my school days. No one wanted to be my Partner for projects or group projects.
Let the worlds smallest violin play just for you……
This show is replacing any bad memories i have.
Beginning of this episode, Anyone remember Sam first met the popular girls at the locker where she left her lunch meatballs inside the thermos in her locker before they went to cafeteria ? Before Sam went to cafeteria, the popular girls saw a girl and they comments about her of how she dress and brought her own lunch and also, about Sam's own lunch thermos said it was her "coffee," well they cut that particular scene. I don't know why they did that.
The edit them to put in more commercials.
When I See This Scene Because The Girls Singing To Meterial Girl At 1:39-1:45
Samantha’s my dream girl
Love this show!! still watch
How what channel
@@nanaedusei4350 Roku, crackle, Plex apps
yes. it is on roku. crackle
I don't think I ever cared at 13 what someone's dad did. We knew who had money from the clothes they wore and if they got a car at 16. That was pretty much it.
I remembered this
Quija ?
The last time I saw Samantha at school she decided to take her top off. Perhaps that is not the best way to fit in at school.
😨
Doesn't young Alyssa Milano remind of Millie Bobby Brown?
She does in this clip.
no.
I think there was an episode of ST where they dressed MB similarly
Alyssa was still prettier.
no
Is there anywhere you can find this show? I have found seasons 1,2,4,5,7,and 8 on streaming services but cannot find 3 and 6 for some reason. If you can help I'd really appreciate it.
check google.com or may be on dvd
Happy 48th Birthday, Alyssa Milano! 🎉🎈🎁💕🎂
Get a real job Dad you're a nanny LOL
He gets free room and board.
So do i
Maybe I was different for not giving a fuck of what others thought.
Can you teach me? 😊
She looks like Jubilee from the X-Men
boyhood dream episode alyssa milano and nicole eggart both looking super cute
Have you seen them today? 🤣 RUN!
@@e.e.e yeah its sad how they have turned out .. didnt expect that
@@arlichar11 Also, Milano has never had any taste. In WTB she first dyed her hair black, then chopped it off. Both very unflattering. Does she not see clearly? Then she had a major chin implant put in, left her with a long face. Really bizarre.
It was never explained why Samantha's best friend (Marci) and the other girls quit Who's the boss
She was Soo cute 💕💕😁
the 85-86 season good stuff
Women will never be this fashionable again. That's sad. There's nothing preventing them from dressing this beautifully once more.
Sexual harassment, catcalling, trafficking, stalking, sexual abuse, female jealousy/competition, etc…
My father was an animator and worked for the gov. and we sometimes would visit like millionaire's houses, and no one believes me
I don't believe you 😂
Was the governor producing cartoons ?
Get well soon Alyssa Milano, I hope you continue to improve.
Maybe that ouija board had something to do with that skiing crash. What the heck was that doing on the set?
It was Captain Howdy.
Maybe an evil set director wanted it there. or someone else who worked on the show.
Mona was contacting old boyfriends. Her head didn't spin.
Honestly, I was freaking out about the ouija board too
A Ouija board? I always thought that old broad was creepy.
This episode was COPIED by The Nanny & became The Butler, The Husband his wife and her mother. Fran Drescher plagiarized this show, Ellen (sitcom) and many other lesser known (It's a Living, Wings, among others). She stole characters, lines and storylines down to a T. NOTHING in the Nanny was written by them, it's a simile of this show, mainly!
Never liked this episode... Sam always stood up for herself and then she turned into a fake in this episode.
Which is why she ended up feeling guilty in the end after seeing her mother's picture in the locket. Sam was so desperate to fit in that she forgot who she really was, I'm glad she came clean
I think I only liked this show up until Angela started her own agency. Then I found the writing kept going downhill. Overall, it's a great show though!
These days, if you are moral, your a freak
Is that Jodie Sweetin??????
No.
Professional liar telling a lie... divide by zero error
That Alyssa Milano always up to no good. smh
I see old habits are hard to break...Milano lied back then as much as she does now...Imagine that.....SMH.
@Johnny Vento Hmmm...no surprises. It's crazy how I had a crush on Alyssa Milano when I was a kid.
wow
And now she needs to fit in a mental ward. Ironic.
