Being social is honestly such an unique and important advice which i can't agree more, and that i don't see any others bring up in these types of vids
I will definitely show this to my friend who study med ☺️✨
Thank you so much for the comment. Really appreciate the support!
Hi it's me, Owen Eoghon I just wanted to say that this video was awesome
Thanks Owen!! Appreciate it :)
I found this helpful as a medical student, its definitely applicable for Y12 as well!
Thanks man. Wishing you all the best for your exams as well 🙏
A high-quality video as usual!
Thank you Emily!!
For me, proper nutrition is a huge part of stress management because it aids in brain recovery during rest, and increases productivity. During periods of mental fatigue during the day it’s also helpful to just close your eyes for 10-20 minutes while focusing on your breathing-which is not necessarily a nap (but can be)-to give your brain a much needed reset. The tip on socialising, practicing music and sport is also a huge one (but often overlooked) and great for stress by keeping our brain activity balanced and can even increase our learning abilities! Great vid
Fantastic advice TJ and all very relevant as well - thanks for sharing!
Dude your videos are really helpful!! Do you have any advise with year 11s transitioning into year 12?
Thanks man! My main piece of advice would be to really get yourself prepped well for the year. Take a break during your holidays and make sure you are organised with all your study and have schedules planned out! All the best
Great video
Star of the show - thanks so much.
But I don't know how to memorize everything
Are you able to elaborate?
