Toyguru had over 100 strikes and got his channel back up. It’s possible to beat the strikes.
Might not hurt to have shark drop Toyguru a line and see if he has advice on the process.
He comes off as Snarky at times but that’s just how he is. I’ve met him live multiple times while working at Power-Con and so I know. He always is up to talking though.

I don’t want shark to go away, but he needs to tell the community what’s going on. He said he’s “taking the high ground” but in doing so he’s preventing us from helping him out.
Need an example, look at recent events and the one getting the blame for these actions. Speaking out drove home the point.

As I said in Artist Sharks' last post, it is a few people who are giving him crap and have been bullying him for no reason. Maybe they are miserable. Bullies usually are projecting their own crap and its great you are calling it out because we don't need this baloney in the GI Joe community.
let mde make it clear. Despite the 3POA fanboys dishonestly claiming it's now neutered VI, I 100% am saying it's NOT one scumbag behind this attack on Shark. There's several snakes/sharks hiding in plain sight. Some even faking outrage & expressing support.

I think it should be a red flag when multiple copyright strikes show up suddenly, especially on older content. Additionally, don't you need to provide proof of copyright? I don't understand how an arbitrary copyright strike works. I have been watching Shark for a long time. He produces NOTHING that is copyright protected. He uses public materials and gives credit when the ownership is ambiguous.
It's beyond obvious that this is retaliation from Swiper's channel going down. Shark and Swiper are old bitter enemies. So, either it was done directly by Swiper or by Swiper's direction.
Regardless of who did the copyright strikes, CZcams needs to have better approach to copyright claims. Looking at his (Shark's) videos, I really didn't see anything that screams infringement.
You can claim copyright on general information, if we could, news channels and media would be sued beyond.
Viper island copy strikes photos and videos that have nothing to do with him whatsoever. He abuses that system to turn a channel or instagram upside down. Nothing to do with intellectual property. He knows that it will take awhile for Strikes to get looked at or overturned.. he uses it as a Weapon and not a tool. So forget everything you know about strikes.
Let's talk facts over besmirching bs. One can NOT copyright strike on behalf others. It must be "stolen" from YOUR content.
For example, when VI illegally posted the entire Joe movie to attract subscribers, others could NOT strike him (although few tried).
It was the copyright OWNER Hasbro that got it taken down.
That is why when they tried to strike bomb Toy Guru, they couldn't, so they reached out to Wilson (whom Scott DID use images from) & convinced Wilson to issue over 1000 strikes on Scott. In "retaliation" for his "win" over his debate w/ French.
Micheal had NOTHING to do w/ it, but it was his sychophants .

I think it’s safe to say VIper Island cause he’s been striking channel after channel and falsely. Not understanding that the strike claims can not be used as revenge. Which is probably why his channel was taken down(at the time of this comment posted) In fact…he can also face a fine from CZcams as it has happened before. (Not in the toy community so far)

Jay, I am now currently now 3D printing a articulated shark, for Shark, and it’s under a Creative Commons license so I think I can sell it for a profit as long as note the creator and I will post it on my next video on my channel. I will sell it to team Shark.
All this stike nonsense and treating people like children is getting ridiculous! Freedom of speech and control over it is getting out of hand ! I honestly hate to say this but youtube needs to be canceled for the things they do !! To people! I know it's a lot of bread and butter for a lot of folks but it must be done !! We should all get together and start our own platform!!. CZcams makes money off of the people without us there's no youtube.

My wife has produced for a few big channels in another community, and has successfully appealed several strikes. She said she would be willing to get some kind of form letter together (we help each other out). Let me know if you would like us to put something together. I love Artist Sharks work, and yours as well (I just subbed though… I can’t believe I had not subbed until now!) Let me know if you want us to put something together, and any particulars you would like in the language of the form.

One of the main reasons loved sharks channel was let people know when to preorder. Wish there was another GI joe CZcamsr did this. The Main reason dont pay attention to alot of youtubers is find out about preorders after they go live and miss out. If I know preorders are going up at a certain time can make sure at PC then
CZcams needs to bring back Shark. This is disappointing.

Jay, it will take at least 6 hours to make at least 3 of them on my Creality K1C, and currently trying to get my Creality K1 Max running.
It almost seems like a class action lawsuit can be made against CZcams for lack of oversight on blatant copyright strikes.

Shark is by far my favorite Joe news source, he’s always straight and to the point without dilly dallying while still giving his honest thoughts while being very quick and helpful for collectors interested in Gi Joe, this is just absolutely devastating for the community I feel and I’ve got nothing but support for Shark
I watch some music content creators on CZcams and some say that all their videos get copyright strikes. It crazy how it seems CZcams let's people make strikes against whoever they want
Glad to see you all come together for Shark whom I consider a honest, kind man who only provided new for the things he loves and to see someone or a group of people go after him for nothing pisses me off. Everyone says it was Viper Island but now I am hearing it may have been someone else as well. I wish we knew for certain who did this to him so we can take down their channels as well. Two wrongs may not make a right but I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to know the truth. At the end of the days we are talking about toys, plastic toys, how low do you have to be to attack people for talking about plastic. It is what it is, maybe Shark will come back stronger but I for one am happy that Viper Island is gone. That guy only made content for people to send his free things because he didn’t want to spend his own money on anything and the worst of all is he is subjecting his kid to all this bullying, as a father he needs to do better so his kid doesn’t grow up to be just as petty. You all take care and thank you for the love and support you are showing.

1. Shark & VI never interacted as far as I know & neither have beef w/ each other.
2. Shark stays out of the drama & never gets into personalities. He just makes content.
3. These guys are the most hypocritical & dishonest around. They issued over 100 strikes on VI, so his channel is now down.
4. Viper Island channel not being live now means he can NOT copywrite strikes anyone. But hey, let's not let facts in the way of emotional biases, right?
5. These guys also coaxed Wilson to issue over 100 strikes against Toy Guru. Oh the hypocrasy.
6.Shark is a VICTIM of the tribalistic ^ vile clique antics of petty CZcamsrs that opened a can of worms.
7. These guys are ok w/ strikes being abused when it's against channels they dislike, but its suddenly an unholy sin when used against channels they like.

Notice Shark used the term "THEY", not singular. That means multiple live channels are doing it. VI doesn't have friends w/ channels.
14. Didn't at least FIVE guys file strikes on VI for Liam using the pictures of STOLEN Immortal parts w/out crediting 3POA for being firstg to show stolen images?..
15. Like in Toy Guru's case, it wasn't just Wilson filing, but the guys coaxing him on. Just as how there's others encouraging whoever is striking Shark now.

The only actual real drama I have seen was between Viper Island and him so anyone else I never really saw nor heard but it does not seem like Viper Island wouldn't be the only culprit and whomever else was involved wouldn't be man enough to admit they did it anyways so we will never know the truth. There are really no real men these days, just tough guys behind keyboards.
This has nothing to do with 3POA. Your personal dislike of all those guys has nothing to do with this. 3POA and shark have mutual friends. And as such they wouldn’t do this knowing the struggle they had to go and have to go through to get their stuff back after Viper island falsely claimed things that didn’t even involve them. There’s way more evidence to support VI as the culprits then your stirring up of imaginary drama.

Shariq could just let everyone know who struck him because CZcams & IG tell you. Instead he’s allowing subs to go after or unfollow smaller channels without any merit. That’s no better than what Viper Island did. He has the info but hasn’t shared. Rumor is he did it to rebrand to cover other IPs and properly credit sources. His channel is still up.
A lot of big channels and small get yeeted all the time on you tube its nothing new and whether its fair or not doesnt matter . My channel was taken down 2 years ago because i disagreed with a big toy tuber on his top 10 and he melted down like a little girl and got his buddies to help him take me down . Thats what happens when you start making money on the hobby and scared you will lose the easy cash . What nobody is asking is who struck his channel ? Moral of the story is dont rely on you tube for your income get a real job . And everyone is blaming island but shark never attacked him so there was no reason for him to do that . You tube is probably tired of all the bs in the so called toy community and just decided to remove all that content .

I support Shark, and I have instagrammed him and he responded to it recently. I think he is being falsely accused by a channel creator who has been doing a lot of embedding videos and reposting it as his own on his channel. I would like to be on your next livestream, if possible on Saturday. We as a community need to rally together behind Shark and other creators. I have always supported Shark and I think that Viper Island is a content stealer and has done this since the beginning of the first video from the A Toy Kind of Mood when they were interviewing the G I Joe Team, and then embedding that video and reposting it as his own video and not giving credit to A Toy Kind of Mood, or how Viper Island stole the original video from Hasbro and reposting it on CZcams on his channel, and I was probably one of many others who reported it to CZcams and Hasbro by a phone call to their global customer service. I think another thing is that Viper Island had possibly bought subscribers to boost his channel. The false copyright claim is a matter of a vendetta against Shark. When I upload videos to my channel, I make sure that my videos are not being embedded, and I think that I will talk about it more when I can do the next livestream as part of the stream panel. I didn’t trust Viper Island to begin with, and that is why I don’t allow embedding my content when I upload content to my channel.
