All vehicles are supposed to have fire suppression on board. And yes there should be one every so often and on the person of the officials. But we have fire/EMS at every event to assist.
280 feet on a pole barn/indoor track is pretty good. It is not outside. Fun fact: they actually wanted to extend the building, but the owners felt the need to build permanent concessions/entrance where there did so the building could not be extended.

Sometimes when I am drawing vehicles for shirts I will go LFR, LR, RR, RFR where the FR is just front rear. If it is a tractor I usually go LF LR, RR, RF working closest to to rear to far to front. All other non-door slammers have spindles to turn the wheels. I am sure that is clear as mud.
You'd think when building one of these monsters the designer would say, we're not using those wheels on that have you not seen how many times they fail, it's not a question of they might fail it's a question of when they fail. And a tip for the dude that snapped his leg falling off, a lap belt is really cheap.
Depending on the rules of the class. Stock rears limit how much HP you can reasonably send to it. It is a natural HP cap. A lot of truck classes have 1 ton rears. A lot of tractor classes have Ag rears. Once you get into component rears, you gain tons of movable weight and can generally send more HP through the rear.
