Sorry HH, but you are completely wrong here. Whoever says that Ronaldo is just a goalscorer, it means you never saw him play in his entire career. He is one of the footballer or probably the footballer with the most powerful shot in the world of football ever existed. Ronaldo is an amazing athlete player, where he can jump extremely high and has a very good header accuracy. Ronaldo is very fast even at this age, where many players don’t have that kind of pace after the age of 28. Ronaldo can read the game really good, to get into the tap ins positions. Plus that numerous of players proved that it’s not as easy as it seems to score from tap ins, especially as most of the time the ball moves very fast. He helped his team in defence many times, as you can see in El Clasico Ronaldo defending in front of Messi more then Messi went to defend in front of Ronaldo. He is a good free kick taker as he is one of the players that scored the most free kicks so far in his career. Ronaldo is called Penaldo because he is an amazing penalty taker and misses very few times. Ronaldo created many good chances for his teammates, but it’s not his fault that his teammates missed those chances. He is the best player at the moment in doing one touch passes and has done that season in season out. But of course it’s not talked about it if he scored a brace or hattrick. He humiliated a lot of players in one-on-one dribbling. He may not have the control of the ball as Messi has to run with the ball stuck to the leg, but Ronaldo’s left leg control and power is better then Messi’s right leg.
There are many things that Ronaldo has done more then scoring goals, but they don’t get the publicity like his goals. Plus that goals scored brings victories to the team and helps the team win trophies if it has players that scores many goals. Look how shit Real Madrid is without Ronaldo and Zidane now! Ronaldo is one of the best of all time, if not in the top 3 in the world.
The best player ever from football, for me has been the legend Pele and Messi with Ronaldo clearly being in top 5 or just bellow him as these 2 players fully dominated football in their era and there was no other player getting close to them. And Maradona is not as good as you rated him, he is one of the best ever, but not better then Ronaldo and Messi.
