Gökdeniz Çetin you can use the selection tool and click what parts you want and covert to a symbol

in my Animate... there is a brush tool, but I can't find the place of which to change the min. size of the stroke....

Probably a bit late as only now watching in 2022, but maybe helpful to others is that will only show up whan you have pressed the "Use pressure" icon. 😉
