    Thanks for the video. One question for you, do you apply any silicone lube to the ceramic parts?

      No. The ceramic parts of the shaft seal fit together without any lubrication or even finger print oil on them, I usually press the seal into the housing with a paper towel as to not get oil from my fingers on the white part of the shaft seal.

      @@truelightpoolsllc4441 thanks for the quick reply. Most of the vids online are for the superflo and I would have run into trouble if I hadn't watched your video. Going to try to fix the leak this week, really appreciate it-

    so the tech that installed the new motor left out the impeller screw. could that be where my leak is coming from?

      Leaving out the impeller screw should not cause a leak, it would be the shaft seal or the pump housing seal most likely.
