Webster won 2008 BDO World title, went to the PDC almost straight after and was real threat to Taylor and Barney. So sad a talent like him had his playing career cut short by dartitis.

He's a great voice in the world of darts.
At least he don't go over the top like Stuart Pike and he sounds like he knows what he is talking about and he makes sense. Sorry but was never a fan of Sid Waddell.
A old dart player once said dartitis is real, then it becomes phycological. He said best thing is to pick up paper, rocks, balls ect... anything and just throw it like you would a dart, if you can do that you can throw a dart. PERSEVERE & OVERCOME
This is a great interview, it really shows everyone what a very truthful person Mark is.
Dartitis however, is a purely phisical enigma, which all sufferers allow to transform into the psychological.
He and others (all great players including, many who haven't even picked up a dart) are guilty of listening to the so called experts.
They believe they do (and always have done) a certain action which isn't even an action and is utterly impossible to achieve.This belief is mostly imposed on us subliminally.
You need the correct mindset, yips are/is mentioned and basically dismissed however its the same paradox.
It's in all true sports, pastimes work processes, everything we do.
A reaction exists but we can't do DO it
