It's a metal band. One of the biggest in history.
The next best thing to watching iron maiden is watching someone else's first experience of maiden. Most times the reaction is like you only get as a child. High on sugar and exited about that birthday present at the same time and the realisation that they've been lied to about metal and know now that its really quite amazing and not just noise.
Nice reaction, always good to see someone enjoying music. As well as the good choices above I’ll throw in Rime of the ancient mariner from flight 666 tour. Can’t really go wrong with Maiden - one of the founders of heavy metal and they’re still playing today in their 60/70s.
New album last year, currently touring and a new tour announced for next year, they just enjoy playing which is evident in their performances.

Dance Of Death is fantastic, but give "The Rime Of The Ancient Mariner" a try and you'll see that Maiden is a pure metal band and the best in the world at that.

I loved my time in Germany (Schweinfurt). Great people and culture (and beer!).
I found it interesting that a lot of the locals were more into American power metal, especially Manowar, whereas I (an American) thought the German power metal greats were better.

I loved Maiden after buying their first 3 albums as they hit the music shelves..but sadly for me after "number of the beast" at 14 they turned commercial and lost me😢...the era of BS lollipop heavy metal...l turned my back on new age lol "music " ...hard core Maiden fans will attack my comments but if you appreciate "real" music you'd look back, if that doesn't work, cool enjoy bs commercial music 😂
