- The solo motorcycle camping adventure continues, after waking up at the perfect camp spot getting a swim in and checking out the locals, I ride through 100km of dirt roads through national Parks and twisting logging trails on my Royal Enfield Himalayan, then I head up the mountain to Dead Horse Gap where the wind picks up and the temperature drops.
One of the bonuses of recently discovering your NZ content has been the back catalogue Joe....really enjoying binge watching your adventures, this episode included. I love that you keep stopping to take it in!
I admire the amount of care you put into your cinematography. Inspiring!
Keep them coming Joe ! As usual, some great stills add the finishing touch 🤙🏻👍🏻🇦🇺
Another beautiful episode Joey. Your edging closer to my place. Thanks for spotting and appreciating that beautiful old timber bridge - WOW WOW WOW!
Good man Joe,I like what your doing, and how you do it, make no plans👍 Greetings from Ireland, I also ride a Himalayan....
Love the rule of tonnage, the more tons you have the more right of way you have, but on a bike, you never have the right of way, even when you have the right of way!
Wind sounds amazing. Love these videos. I can’t afford to move to Aus which kills my soul a little bit every day but you’ve pushed me to move to Europe to enjoy the wild land mass of Spain…. Thanks
Loving following your trip Joe. I totally get your comment about why it is great to travel alone, especially if you're not following a strict itinery: stopping when something grabs your attention. I've been on too many rides with others and feel the constant pressure to keep going. In doing so, I've flashed past so many things that I would have liked to stop and investigate, photograph etc. Then again, I haven't had the luxury of taking too much time to be able to travel at a slower pace but having also bought a Himmy, I plan to travel more in the 'Himmy lane'. Cheers
Fantastic photos! Thanks for taking us along!
That wind! Just crazy! Gorgeous images Joe. I particularly like the one with the magpies
Awesome video, and awesome part of the world. Don't be to ashamed of caravan parks, we have all been there at some point! 🤣
I was only thinking watching your vids that you would prob get sick of me going omg that is spectacular wanting to stop and check out all of the amazing things haha
Aha, this is so much like Europe and even Britain. Thank you for showung us all this. Do try a gel seat to keep the back comfortable. 😌🤗
Hello again Joe got to stop meeting like this just in from the pub again on a miserable night in the uk 🇬🇧 ☹️ another cracking video to watch before bed, looks almost as cold n bleak there as it is here but still nice to be out on the bike stay safe mate and look forward to your next video 👍
I've enjoyed your videos. Seen plenty of places that if I was a bit younger I'd have a go at. Good on you and keep up the good attitude and adventures. Cheers
The snow gums died cos of the fires. 🔥 they were lovely and healthy before the darn fires.
Yay for more photos! ❤ I love the misty, muted look on this one (in the beginning), and as others here, I also know first- hand exactly what you mean about riding with others and stopping for photos, which is why I also greatly enjoy riding alone. Excellent as always!
Beautiful scenery. I did 400km through Gippsland last weekend on the GS. Miles and miles off rolling green hills. Safe travels Joe!
Love the information you give us with the stunning pictures,,,love your work
Awesome video man, kudos from Brazil.
