Sky fiercer is so good at kagura because you don't need to use execute to take down enemy. but sky fiercer is not good if you build it first.Better build it in last item.

its good if u snowballing, it got stacked. if u build it last , which is late game tons of player alrdy build defense item alrdy , still useful but not maximized

this item is just too good.. it's also viable as early pick..
i think the base percentage should based on hero level.. not starting from 6% as you pick it. maybe start as 1% then caps at 6% at level 15
