Parkour in nature has to one of the best and most interesting forms of exercise, feels so invigorating and primal even without the free running fancy stuff. Allows you to get to spots many others would not go to. I'm 55 and love this type of exercise just trying to move through the natural environment as efficiently as possible, makes enjoying nature so much more fun!

Ireland has no great forests like in the US. And where i live in a medium sized town there are no great spots however I am trying to get toghether a group and build a parkour park in the city park.

One of the core principles of parkour is knowing your environment and adapting to it. Many more variables in parkour than most other sports.

Actually ever since I started running in nature I’ve been able to control my entire body more so running in nature is a tip if you have problem with like hand-eye coordination but you know.. with ya feet or legs or whatever it’s good!
me and my friends like going deep into the woods and i like parkour so this is very useful for me :D

It's at Silver Lake, it's in Utah, Silver Lake is a wetland, at ):49 I recognized it because that's my favorite area to mess around in there

I use Evolv Cruzer approach shoes. They are so "grippy" and protect your toes against rocks.

dude, the stream of water thing, I can relate to, my friend has I forest area with a stream past his back yard, we were heading back to his house, and we had to jump across, there were some rocks that were dry because it was a hot day, I followed him after jumping, I went on the same rocks to lessen the chance of falling in, I landed on a bad spot on the rock and slipped... let's say I found out how deep the stream was...
not very deep, half way up my shin and I was 9 or 10

What kind of shoes would you recommend for this kind of free running? I would guess somewhat broken in but still with good tread running shoes, but I have some shoes that are almost completely worn through that I feel like I have the best balance with. And I plan on doing this specifically in nature.
Maybe they should get a modern version of that hand to tree grapple device that is basically just some hook-like things that can be hooked into wood and other materials.

that doesn't matter that much ^^ you'll be tired sooner, but this won't stop you from doing parkour, just take a little pause and you'll be ready to continue ;) besides, the condition comes with the training/parkour, so don't worry :D go on, make yourself proud ;)
