Incognito is the MOST underrated band in the world! Though they are known in the UK, the US and Japan, I feel they DESERVE more recognition than do. Note: new album coming out October 21st! Hope you enjoy it as well!

Yesssssssssssss, you two have the best reactions, Acid Jazz and Jazz fusion! Some of my favourites along with funk and disco.
Still a Friend of Mine is a duet. It took me a moment to realize that there are two vocalist singing lead. Maysa and Marc Anthony. beautiful
The lead female singer is Maysa Leak, who also has had a solo career
Great grooves, mix, instruments and vocals. Very pleasant and bright.

Incognito is AMAZING!!! Always There, Still a Friend of Mine, Nights Over Egypt, and Every Day are faves. They are actually more popular in Europe and don't often perform in the U.S. sadly, but they are amazing. They did a concert with Chaka Khan that is on CZcams. They constantly rotate vocalists and have special guest ones on their records and in their live shows., They are considered to be R&B/Jazz Fusion.
Thank you for including Incognito.. recording since 1987….1992-2010 Tales from Beach solid discography, even with rotating lead vocalists! Composer/arranger Bluey is a genius! Seeing them Detroit June 07…. my bucket list wish!

Nick, it's Dr Steven. Its been awhile but I'm the subscriber who first requested Aja, Glamour Profession, Caves, IGY and tons more. You also reacted to my Marathon request for The Style Council. You and Lex actually did a song request for Incognito's "Everyday" about a year ago... You both loved it. They're a band you should continue to explore.
Next - from the same genre: Dream on Dreamer (Brother Sister album 1994) by Brand New Heavies. UK as well.
Incognito and Brand New Heavies - stuff that seemed to spin out of Style Council - love that musical period - the bass lines are so very tasty. Some of the Everything but the Girl could even be included I think.

Deep Waters is an amazing song from the Positivity album it's my favorite Incognito song.
