I lost my great grandma in October 2020 like 3 days before my 12th birthday. She was the sweetest grandma anyone could ask for. Sometimes she’d forget who I was but not to often. She was amazing and was almost 100, she got sick and passed about a month later. She meant the absolute world to me and when I woke up and mom said that she was gone I didn’t hadn’t even walked all the way down the hallway and dropped to the floor and didn’t stop crying for like 3 hours. Her funeral was even worse because most of the pictures had me and her side by side or me in her lap. When we buried her it was terrible. Luckily we got some roses from her funeral bouquet and made some very special items out of them. I was going to her grave at least 3x a week but we moved and I haven’t been in about a month. Her loss was a huge one!

The 10th of August was the worst day of my life I lost my dog to a truck, I had, had him for almost 2 years. His name was Harpo and he was the best dog anyone could ask for, truly a mans best friend. I will never forget the day we lost him. My dad came to school, brought me outside and tole me the news, I was devastated, I didn't leave my room for a week and I slowly became depressed. October the 1st was his 3rd birthday, even though he is no longer around physically. I still know that he is with me. Last week I went to a camp and during one of the sessions I had a vision of the gates of heaven with him standing there waiting for me. I have overcome my depression, and to help with it I visit his memorial every morning. Every so often I see is face in the cloud and know that he is looking down on me. I miss him to this day and will never forget him. I love you Harps 💕

I lost my grandma back in December due to dementia. She meant everything to me. We used to play when I was younger, she always made food for me, she always watched me. And last year, she was diagnosed dementia and everything changed. Two months later, she could not remember my name. She just called me a little girl. Just a few months ago I lost my grandma due to liver cancer and she never told us something felt wrong it was already at the last stage and a few days later she died just a week before her 89th birthday I miss her she would sit next to me while my parents worked and bathe me the way I always wanted I miss her even more now but she is still in my mind. My aunt had cancer for over 15 years and she died right after we came back to Calgary from seeing her in Vancouver I barely knew her but I still felt a connection with her and I still do not physically but in my memories instead and that's enough to lift my spirits every time

My uncle passed away from cancer. He was so sweet to me and he had like this little thing on him hanging over here next to his hips there is blood inside and that’s how he passed away so much in heaven watching me I’m so grateful for him. I love you uncle

I lost my grandad I wish I could see more and I lost my great uncle and also lost my great grandma and Grandad when I was born and I almost lost my dad in the car crash but nearly crashed, but we didn’t so for that my brother almost diedmy dad saved him so was coming. My brother didn’t see and my dad bought them out the way I’ve lost people, but she still be lucky with people that you’ve got.
I lost my best friend in my freshman year of high school. She was a happy and cheerful person and I miss her a lot. I also lost my grandma the summer after my senior year of high school. She was a wonderful woman and I knew her the longest out of all my grandparents. She was the last grandparent I had. I love them both but I believe I will see them again one day.

My grandma passed away 2 months ago and my heart shattered and I bawled my eyes out, I’ve known her my whole life and seeing her just disappear in my life was just traumatic i really miss her and still think of her today she was the best grandma ever.
