- My name is Cindy Whitmire. In 1994, I was in a head-on collision and sustained a traumatic brain injury. I have come a long way since then. No longer am I permanently in a wheelchair. I went from living in a nursing home to an assisted living after having a series of small strokes in 2013. My last stroke was in 2017. I am now a shut-in. Reaching out through CZcams gives me a sense of freedom and fellowship with the dolly community. I want to make my channel playful, and real. At nearly 50 I am discovering that that’s not a great idea. Just lost my sweet little teacup rescue. She was my everything. Been trying real hard to stay connected. I hope you reach out.
