- Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in this high drama describe what major victims they were to live in a "tiny" cottage on the royal grounds. This honestly may be one of the more deplorable things I have seen from them. I suppose what the tax payers give them is never enough.
How can anyone feel sorry for Markle after everything she's said and done. How QE and PP were treated is despicable too.

What they forgot to mention is that they were living in the cottage while renovations were being done at a much bigger apartment on palace grounds. But after the renovations, they never moved in because they didn’t/couldn’t live next to Will & Kate so then they were given Frogmore which required millions in renovations. Then they act like they were just forced to live in tenement housing🤣 Disgusting and delusional.

Actually there were numerous complaints from other individuals who also leased KP apartments with regards to Harry and his wife’s partying, smells from smoking and constant steam of visitors. The late Queen was forced to move them as Crown Estates properties were under her leadership and there were too many issues to ignore. The larger apartment at KP was going to take at least a year or more to renovate but it was never going to work as the security and noise issues required them to be placed elsewhere in a building without neighbours.
I read they were sending the royal helicopter out for food and the diplomats who live at the palace were complaining they could not get any sleep and their security was compromised.
The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester moved out of their apartment to make way for H&M

They moved out for Harry and Meghan because their kids are grown now and it's just them, and they moved into a smaller apartment, FOR HARRY and MEGHAN.... And the Queen had it renovated for them, but Meghan wanted to live in the country instead. So then they asked if they could have apartments in Windsor Castle!! The audacity! The Queen said no. THEN five staff families lived in frogmore cottage which was five houses... They all moved out so Harry and Meghan could have that property which they made into one big mansion. They are so ungrateful. They were only in Nottingham cottage until after the wedding. Then refused the huge apartment after they had people move for them and renovated! Then they kicked out five more families in frogmore and the kicker is .... They only lived there a few months and left for America!!! Wtf.... And they complained??!!!

She wanted Windsor Castle to be in the same residence as the Queen. She wanted to try and cosy up to the Queen so she could say they had a special relationship, the Queen rejected that

This was only temporary! Harry lived there on his own and she moved in (quite quickly) A huge apartment in Kensington Palace was being renovated for them while they suffered in this ‘tiny’ cottage in central London. They refused that apartment in the end because they fell out with William and Catherine. They demanded Windsor Castle and then Frogmore House but ended up in Frogmore Cottage because everybody probably had enough of their demands at that point.
Meghan wanted everything and immediately. If she played it right and stayed longer she would have gained much more but she didn’t give it time.
Harry was probably “fine” until she pointed out how he shouldn’t be “fine” then we were off to the races…no pun intended.

I would kill to live in that adorable little cottage! Seriously, how much room does a newly wed couple need?! Nottingham cottage is obviously a cottage designated for just that, a newlywed couple or a couple without children. As Prince William and Princess Catherine were wed and lived there they did so until after they outgrew it having children. For Harry to pretend he didn’t know who lived there prior to them was just inexcusable. How either Harry or Meghan honestly thought this was a “good look” or even remotely resembled a “victim” is mind blowing! Just think how many young couples out there would be over the moon to have a cute little cottage given to them for free as their wedding present? I think it's generous that the cottage was given to them, it's beautiful and seemingly peace-inducing. Them calling it "small" Is beyond me. I understand that they're used to lavish lifestyle with mansions, high ceilings and all, but talking about the cottage as if it's a mistreatment for them is a bit much.
Pffft.... Compare this to the small apartment she rents in canada and the yachts she rooms in, the cottage would be a lovely place to stay.

It’s a detached HOUSE slap bang in the centre of London!! With a garden! I really used to like Meghan and Harry, and then I watched this interview in absolute disbelief (way back when the interview first aired), thinking of the millions of people in Britain living in small flats who would LOVE to have this house (and to have their millions in the bank to buy something even bigger and better) and I realised how despicable they were.
Not to mention the homeless, who only have a hostel for the odd night, otherwise it's mostly sleeping on the streets. I can't believe the entitlement of them both, especially her.

I remember crying the first time I saw that clip on Netflix. I had just had a baby and with all the issues caused by covid, my now ex husband and I were displaced with an infant living at my mother’s house together in one bedroom. I looked at that cottage and thought what a blessing that would have been 😢

They always “forget” to say that NottinghamCottage was a TEMPORARY residence while the 19 room apartment, next door to William and Catherine, in Kensington Palace was being renovated for them. It had been vacated by the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. Admittedly their proposed apartment was slightly smaller than that occupied by William and Catherine - only 19 rooms as opposed to 21🙄!!

Frogmore Cottage, even in it's unrenovated state had 4. Bedrooms at least. They werecalso offered Apartment 1 in Kensington Palace, bigger than the 20 room apartment the Cambridges occupied, but they refused it. Wanting apartment in Windsor Castle, which was refused by HMTQ. The castle belongs to the Crown, which they would never be entitled to. Just shows how jealous both are

It’s a gorgeous little cottage. MM was living in a house much smaller before her marriage. If Oprah thinks it’s SO SMALL shows how vapid she is. An apartment was being renovated in Kensington Palace for them but M didn’t want it. Frogmore was too small for her, even with a £3 million plus renovation, she thought she deserved nothing less than sharing Windsor Castle with the Queen. What a tedious entitled pair they truly are.
I'm sure there are other people like me who would have loved to live in that beautiful cottage and make it a perfect home.

Nothing new there then. I suspect they were happy to spent £2.4 million on renovations when they thought the British taxpayer was going to pay for it so would have been much aggrieved when told they had to pay for it themselves. It's alleged that they paid the money back but I have my doubts on that one.

so the cottage was designed and built in 1689 when people were shorter and didn't need high ceilings or doorways. Harry lived in the cottage before marrying Megan and never complained. I don't know where he gets the whiny sniveling entitled attitude from because neither King Charles or Princess Diana ever complained publicly about anything. It was a free house and I find it absolutely adorable and would snatch that in a second!
Not to mention, there are unfortunates who have lost EVERYTHING and are now sleeping on the ground and dumpster diving for clothes and tarps to cover themselves at night. Those two need a serious reality check!

Nottingham Cottage is not small, it has 3 bedrooms it suited William, Catherine and baby George perfectly well , it was only when Megaliar moved in that he started to complain and they never seemed to stop complaining. They were offered a flat in Kensington Palace but that wasn't good enough for her because she wanted to live in Windsor Castle but the Her Majesty The Queen said no then they were given Frogmore but even that wasn't good enough for her. Hopefully one day Megaliar will lose everything and be left with memories.
William lived there. He is 2" taller than Harry. He managed to cope, while being cheerful, and happy with his wife and child. Could it be something other than the cottage that is the problem?

Worst yet, the nerve these two had when they kicked the homeless off the streets around Windsor for their lavish wedding, I mean spectacle. This was also released a little over a year ago (December 2022), we’ve been going through an economic crisis, people can barely pay their bills. And they show this acting like a free cottage on palace grounds was too tiny for them.
Though to be fair, it was too tiny to hold Markle inflated ego. Another prime example of how out of touch they are. One other thing, they were eventually offered a large apartment at Kensington palace, close by, but they turned it down likely cause Markle didn’t want to be close to the Wales and needed to alienate Harry a bit.

I've always found this compliant by Meghan to be absolutely hilarious. Here I am slaving away at a job and moving back in with parents for years just so that I can afford a deposit on a 1 bedroom apartment. If only they know what it is like to struggle to find secure housing. I'd love to live in that cottage, especially for free.

If a guest make remarks like "nobody would believe it" when they visit my home, I would ask him/her to turn around and leave. Were the Harkles really so stupid as to paint their "best friend" Oprah as such an ungracious and crass person? Were they themselves so petty as to agree with their "best friend"'s verdict on the house? It was free accommodation on palace ground, a lovely little house that I would count myself very very very lucky to live in if I had that kind of good fortune. Gross, uncouth, self-centred, unthinking, stupid in the extreme.

Those who had real class would show appreciation for the decor and acted graciously. Oprah is such a successful person who has been around for ages. She should have shown more decorum and common sense. But hey, look at the way she reacted to Markle's "racism" claim about the skin colour of her child. Anybody would know that discussion of children's appearance is universal, especially among mixed-race couples. But to look at Oprah's reaction, you would think that the Royal Family were child molesters!

They omitted that they used 2.4 million of the British tax payers money to renovate Frogmore cottage, which they had to eventually pay back when they took off!
Notice the waste, newly renovated for 2 million and no one lives there. The British people need to stop this wasteful spending when people are living in poverty.

It wasn't left empty. Princess Eugenie moved in with her family (I don't remember them complaining about it) then I think she moved out and her dad moved in. He was complaining about it, so I guess that puts Harry and Meghan in good company. They have something in common with Prince Andrew (who also wouldn't win any popularity contests).

It’s like Harry lost his mind. (I know, he never had a mind). He’s 39 years old today, but grew up in the Palace and grounds. He acts like he forgot about that cottage! He knows these cottages are small, but acts like he just now sees how “awful” the cottage and Palace is. Ya…meagan whispered in his ear with all the money you have, you live like this? Even I’m aware how small these cottages are . “Cottage” be the operative word. I’ve seen pictures of quaint communities, that looked like to me “hobbit homes”…..and I’m all in for living like that!
Nottingham Cottage was Harry’s bachelor flat, and it was his six foot odd tall brother who lived there before. They were supposed to have an apartment in Kensington Palace, but after their behaviour, the Queen allowed them to rent Frogmore Cottage which was perfectly fine by anyone else’s standards. What this video just proved to me is that the Palace doesn’t spend unnecessary money. Yep, it’s small but comfortable for two, all needs are met and it’s pretty much the safest place to live. How anyone can say the Palace wastes money on housing is beyond me. I think the cottages are quaint, and I’d be happy living anywhere with the man I love
And just think they both had house cleaners, cooks, stylists, gardeners......on and on, now look where they live now.....who tf needs 13 bathrooms! 😅

I can’t believe how ungrateful they are, and selfish. I would love to have somebody give me a place to live for free. Especially on Palace ground. And especially millions of dollars in clothing. For bare minimum work. Their entitlement and narcissism is astounding.
