Lol I had a therapist who kept it 💯 like this she speaks loud and harsh and sometimes it hurt my feelings but I needed to hear it I can still call her if needed but I respect people who keep it real when necessary instead of sugar coating or just listen to you for a check
When you see the reflection of the tripod in the therapist's glasses, it doesn't break the fourth wall. It adds another layer of story in which the person receiving therapy actually just has a multiple personality disorder
Proverbs 11:14-15 KJV says, “Where no counsel is, the people fall: But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” As a member of the body of Christ one may feel too embarrassed or prideful to seek help outside of prayer and worship.
You can tell the difference by asking yourself if I verbally expressed this thought what reaction do I think I will get? what reaction do I want to get, if I'm complaining to someone can this person help me or give me a solution, if there's no solution or you do not think you will get help from that person then keep the thought to yourself or express it with someone who can help you, and if you think expressing this thought will lead to a negative reaction then again don't express it with that person, and if you want to get a specific reaction tailor your response to that goal
okay now wait hang on hear me out hear me out... this is weirdly helpful and funny and somehow I feel like this would be a more effective approach to therapy? why and how is a comedian youtuber a better therapist than the several licensed ones I've met
