THE MORCHARD BISHOP MAYPOLE DANCE is another orchestral miniature that belongs to a set of miniatures named after a series of local villages near to where Trev lives and resides.
Each year Morchard Bishop has a fun day in the late spring where the village all comes together in a light celebration consisting of performances, and a series of competitions. This four minute miniature captures the character of this particular day and is dedicated to the memory of Trev's dearly departed friend Mr Gordon Rice.
This is a new composition written and performed by Trevor Woodison in 2016.

About Trev:
Trev Woodison was born in Stratford, East London in 1964. He commenced lessons on the piano, violin and recorder whilst still at primary school writing his first little pieces at the age of 11.
