And his buddies were too new to know to bitch him out for that terrible red matter bomb. He pretty much got away with it, lol.

Oh my god ben stared straight at the red light on the traitor tester and didn't figure out zylus was the traitor. Never change
I really thought he had it when the light was flickering as lewis was in the tester and ben was looking straight at it, but of course not
I was expecting Ben was gonna play it cool, go behind Zylus and dome him, but then I remember this was Ben, and the Yogscast.
To be fair to Ben, the red & green lights did take a while to show up.
It was painful to watch!
In his defense, the delay was long enough that I didn't see it until I read this and went back to check.
Did Ben just RSB to total victory? That's almost as impressive as the flying Pikachu from a few weeks back.
It was balanced out by him getting caught instantly in the second last round

Zylus kills both of his traitor buddies with the red matter, then tries to long con and botches it miserably. He would of been caught with the traitor tester if they were perceptive enough to notice the red light.
Best traitor play of 2022.

And it happened in a weird rare event, where all the players converged on one spot for no particular reason. Just a low probabilistic oddity.

I just love shadow and all of her quips. I like how they're not as on-the-nose or outright as Lolip's but they fit perfectly in line with my Zoomer humor

I remember seeing ragdoll physics for the first time in Unreal Tournament 2004. It was such a new thing that they purposefully made maps that had death pits with a bunch of beams and bars going across them so if you fell into one your ragdoll body would tumble against those all the way down.

I just want to say this even if it never gets to the eyes of anyone in the Yogscast. Thank you for being so consistently with me since even my early childhood. I used to watch in anticipation for the uploads of Shadow of Israphel when I was around the age of 12 (I am now 25 and have a kid) the Yogscast on CZcams have always been a consistent and Hilarious part of my life. Thank you Lewis and Simon for bringing such a joyous group together to make my life a little bit better throughout these many years of content I've watched and will continue to watch. (And wish I was a part of in my trailer in Texas lol)

17:11 i- I'm not even sure what the heck happened this round, just utter chaos and abrupt deaths
allow me to explain, so first off Shadow pulled out a poison potion, probably thought "oh whats this do" and then poison'd themself, which is an instant death. Then Lolip died to a paper airplane(I think?) which came completely out of nowhere, then of course theres the Cat With A Bat moment, then Zoey dying to Duncan's sniping, and lastly Zylus also dying to Duncan's sniping.
Edit: after looking at it again, Zoey did die to Duncan's sniper shot, but the same shot also somehow hit Zylus as well apparently, which I didn't even know could happen.
I love how giggly everybody was this play session. Everyone was clearly having a great time.
The intro reminded me that wording matters:
"Forgive me Father, for I have sinned"
"I'm sorry daddy, I've been naughty"
Speaking of ragdolls: I remember back in late 2003, my brother being super excited for UT04 because of the ragdoll physics.
When it came out, I played it non-stop for like a full year.
I still think it's the most fun fast-action FPS out there and blame it for being my opening to the creature communities (Furries, Scalies, Monsters, etc.) because of how pleasant I found the Gen Mo'Kai race to look.
Had a huge influence on me, that game.
Yay! I feel like I think this about every TTT cast, but today's cast is incredible, always love to see Zoe in main channel content as I can never catch her streams!
Because of certain things I've been finding out about myself lately, there's been a bit more weight to seeing Zoey in these videos (on top of her already being a fun person to watch).

1997 is when ragdoll physics were 'created' I think in a Jurassic Park game, but Hitman, the first one, was the first successfull game with ragdolls

@@PacManPlays I think it often takes time for new people to match the tone and vibe of the group sessions. It's quite different going from streaming solo or in a duo/small group to these larger groups.
Lolip not knowing to remove the Discord overlay really is one of the first steps for Yogs group content
when ever zylus gets a red matter he always kills a fellow traitor. the pattern continues

1) Iâm pretty sure zylus said âIâd rather die in here than down thereâ meaning he knew he would be found out and killed.
2) The light on the computer attached to the tester went red when Zylus went in but blueish when everyone else went in.
3) zylus died WAY to easily and everyone knows the dead ringer is his thing.

i am pretty sure they could of opened the door in the basement by spam opening it because that would of broken the wood planks holding it shut it worked on a different map where the door was backed up by wood

If I recall my engine knowledge from TF2 properly, explosions get weird with damage when two players are equal distance, in that it splits the damage between them instead of applying the damage to both players in full. Thats why the paper plane didn't kill.
Loving some of the new additions to TTT. Shadow and Kirsty are great. Lolip just seems like a more ear-piercing Gee tho. I think I remember her doing some pretty yikes impressions on Duncan's channel too
Thinking of that ragdoll at the start, there was a glorious moment this weekend in the Wales v Georgia rugby match - someone slid on the ground into frame just as someone in the crowd(?) very loudly screamed, so it wonderfully looked like he was screaming as he flew past the camera
