Actor Philip Salvador surprises Masbate governor on his birthday

CATAINGAN, Masbate -- Filipino Action Star Philip Salvador personally greeted Masbate Governor Antonio Kho on his birthday, Thursday morning, January 9.
Salvador was the representative of Senator Bong Go who is among one of the invited guests of the governor but was not able to attend due to some important matters.
The actor delivered the speech of the senator in which he also thanked the support of the Masbatenyo people that made him win in the Midterm National and Local elections.
