Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Honenry Hiycarlett Principle (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing exclusive product for stopping eczema without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend at very last got great results with it.

I remember having this as a child. I still suffer now and there was nothing more irritating than a wet wrap, the heat from the warm wrap on top of my skin drove me crazy! The results are brilliant but as I’ve got older I’ve started to use other methods that have worked for me just as good and a lot less irritating.

hello! i’d love to hear your tips on what works just as well to heal eczema? it completely covers both of my hands and it makes me really insecure to have to show them around people when doing common tasks like eating, writing, using my phone, etc. i’d greatly appreciate any tips you have to offer.

@@danai6579 hey I use the sun beds frequently to heal up my skin around 3 times a week, I bathe in detol when there are no sore wounds this helps speed up the healing process, I moisturise before I go to sleep with aloe Vera after sun gel as it takes the heat out of my skin I also take two antihistamines to prevent the itching you can take them through the day to stop itching as well just check how many you can take, apply steroid creams from the doctor twice a day if you are really sore if not just use your regular amount but moisturiser will be your best friend my favourite right now is the palmers cocoa butter and the aloe Vera gel. I’m really sorry for such a long reply I didn’t know I had a notification until now but I really hope some of this might help x

@@danai6579 literally same. whats helped me is Hydromol (paraffin wax with NO other ingredients) at night literally go crazy with how much you put on and then put on a cotton glove you can get them rly cheap off ebay. I also file my nails short as possible, tape them up with elastic tape before i sleep sometimes. during the day i use urea cream (gold bond off of amazon has been good to me so far) and take chlorphenamine every 6 hours. chlorphenamine tho makes me so sleepy so when i need to study i dont take it. i was prescrimed pimecrolimus life saver!! use as directed. it made really bad parts of my eczema settle down for the most part. i use eumovate/dermovate only when im DESPERATE and deffo learn by the dermatologist how to use it properly (i use the SMALLEST AMOUNT POSSIBLE and use it for only a WEEK MAX during flareups). you should never use steroids on open wounds as it can cause nasty infections (ive had antibiotics maybe 5 !! times this year . this puts me at risk of antbiotic resistance). for open wounds i wash them with soap and water and let them air dry. i cover with Jelonet and a cotton dressing ontop and tape around the sides and change 1-2x a day and do this for 3 days. when itching is so bad i cover with calamine (life saver as well) but wash it off and replace it with a moituriser after as it dries your skin out but calms the itch. make sure before you apply anything your hands are washed. this isnt medical advice but its whats helped me so far. i hope youre doing better. eczema coveres both my hands too and i used to be so insecure i constantly wore gloves. now i accepted i cant help what i suffer with and anyone wants to judge this is a reflection on their poor character

@@danai6579 also i know youre tired of being told not to itch i am too haha. i try not to itch by holding whats itching and breathing out slowly until i cant bear the stinging anymore and let go. the itch tends to go away like this. i also blow on whats itching me and try deep breathing. obviously i cant help itching but it does make things worse. it causes histamine release and can introduce germs into your skin which can cause infections (especially if youre using immunosuppressants). at night i file my nails as short as possible and tape up my nails with elastic tape its the only thing thats helping me :( the itch is unbareable tho sometimes

Most doctors in Mainstream Medicine never talk about the hidden food triggers that may cause various health problems , like eczema. My eczema went away once I restricted the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup , Corn Starch , etc.) and Dairy Products from my diet. You may have other food triggers. Talk to a Doctor in Integrative Medicine. Many major universities (Johns Hopkins , Duke , University of Arizona , etc.) have an Integrative Medicine Department.

Hi all, I have been combating eczema all my life, recently my eczema flared up so bad on almost 10 of my fingers and on my right palm. Long story short, after many failed SELF-attempts to cure my eczema, finally I consulted a skin specialist, and the doctor advised me to take allergen-specific Immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibody test. The test is to screen for an allergy to a specific allergen. It can be from certain food, cat or dog dander, certain type of grass, etc. The result shown from the test, apparently I am allergic to 2 types of dust mites (Mite Farinae d2 and Mite Pteronyssinus d1), commonly found in our household. Since then, I have been taking active and preventive measures to mitigate this problem, like changed out old mattress and pillows, use anti dust mite mattress and pillow casing, spray on anti dust mite solution on sofa, chairs, bed, and even in my car. On top of that, I try my best to exercise regularly and eating healthy. Oh ya, it reduces my asthma attack too. I strongly advice for those who suffer from Eczema, go out and do the test and find out what are the things/food you are allergic to. I hope this comment helps. Cheers!

Eczema may be caused by a delayed reaction to hidden food triggers in your diet. Your triggers may be hidden in Processed foods. My triggers are the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup , Corn Starch , etc.) and Dairy Products. Some people have a problem with Soy. The foods that you crave the most may be a source of your problem. Doctors in Mainstream Medicine don’t really study the effects of Processed Foods that much.
