as a game developer and minecraft modder with almost 2 million downloads on one my mods, currently developing a huge vanilla plus mod, i would genuinely be interested in trying to add this guy's ideas but i just dont know how to get his attention about it

I think these plants should more relate to sniffers and the farm should be buried or at least spawn near trail ruins. Friendly versions of the plant creatures should have their seeds be dug up by the sniffer.
@@milkuetea The glow squid was useful. Its let's you have a glow on signs. The sniffer was a bit lackluster but was a cool concept. I imagine they've already got something useful for the sniffer ina later update

Edit: Also i said FUN uses, since that's the whole point of this debate. i don't see how these two mobs, especially the squid are fun.

Damn, I'm so glad that you're still at it, creating absolutely beautiful concept suggestions and artworks/animations for Minecraft. Even if these ideas never see the light of the day in the actual game, they still stand as a reminder of just how good the community can be at feature feedback in general.
My only gripe with the concept is that this conflicts with people building custom biomes/enviornments. Like you wouldn’t be able to make custom trees as that would make the mobs appear

You should do an idea for ancient ruins but its advanced technology. Like a walkie talkie added to minecraft. Able to talk to your friends when they far away. Of course assuming you could talk to them ingame without a service already within close proximity.
Perhaps a way to more easily build this into the base game would be to have the Smudgelet occasionally drop an 'overenchanted' wooden item. Efficiency VI, Unbreaking IX, Silk Touch & Fortune.

Place a sapling in the new bonsai pot, and shear either manually or with a dispenser, shaping the sapling into a aesthetically pleasing bonsai, dropping two leaf blocks and a sapling. After two days, the bonsai reverts back into a sapling, at which point shearing can be done again, yielding another two leaf blocks and a sapling. Wire can be constructed out of chain, and applying to the bonsai keeps it's form, so it will not revert to sapling state.
maybe you could chain the bubbler attachment with the flamer attachment to make a chain reaction of fire bursts, blowing bubbles at an enemy group and then popping them with the flame ignition burst. You could also use a wind charge right as you use the flamer attachment to scatter the pollen out to create a larger, but weaker, fire burst I also think the bubbler could also have synergy with the icicle attachment from the iceologer concept video to make frozen bubbles, I don't know what unique properties these frozen bubbles would have though. maybe they could act as temporary shields to reflect an arrow or be used to bonk an enemy on the head
Idea for the flamer attachment you don’t have to instantly ignite it you can have the flammable powder on the ground and ignite it making it work like a flamethrower.

@@Americanbadashh this youtuber have lots of cool ideas that are fun in their own way. But they definitely doesnt feel the most in place within the game. They dont often think about balancing the features that already are within the game (like making the sniffer somehow related to these plant features). To me it feels more like terraria with the creativity. There is nothing bad about that. Its just an observation.
I love the ideas but I’d much rather see some of the existing plants get some new features. But, if we want to include some of the ideas from this video, then why not give the ancient flowers a similar mechanic, just with pots that have the snort pottery sherd instead. Pitcher plants could have the ability to vaccum in objects and mobs and torch flowers could be used to place temporary torches here and there, perhaps also having the ability to scare away mobs that fear light
I really hope that Blockpixel Artistry works with a modder at some point to make some of his ideas into a mod, I would love to play with his concepts in game.
I think people are just saying "oh yes hire this guy" without realising none of these have been playtested and this guy does not work for Mojang and so his ideas don't fit the game in the slightest
