Awesome! I am watching it late but below are my thoughts which were playing along:
    1. We can have seprate ATM's for blind people so the queue size would be reduced.
    2. The cash availablity could be checked from home through App also through App you can mark your slot so that at a time limited people will be reaching to ATM
    3. Once the person enters ATM, the door should be locked(it would be no harm if we generalise this for common men as well, everyone need safe transaction) however the alternative of patym was good.
    4. To operate the m/c we can have biometric and Braille (on atm receipt, card, machine keypad etc)
    5. Once the withdrawl is complete the voice assistance can confirm and the doors can be opened.
Any feedback will be highly appreciated! Thanks

when you make separate atm for them, ultimately number of atm for blinds will be less, it means they need to travel alot to go to atm, which is not convininet to a blind person.. rather they could go non blind atm with some family help./
self locking door wouldnot is good but person lock it himself it will be owesome, it will make them feel they only controlling processes.

Great content... I really liked the way you explained matrices... Just one point, if discussion around building ATM machine with complete user journey ( input, cash output, how to collect etc) it would have better.

Here Solution could be if We can integrate Sound engineering (Voice Assistant) with Mobile phone camera AI option let's say the visually impaired people shows the camera to some object it should show what is the object name how far it is like how many steps, was there any obstacles are there or not.
Like in ATM when he/she can show camera to Atm it should tell your ATM is 3 steps away .

The ATM door can be locked until the blind person securely takes out his/her money and says a "Yes" to the voice assistant. Is that a good solution? And thanks for the metrics explanation. :)
