How does a weight sled push a broken tractor almost half way up the track?

If I pulled with a modified John Deere tractor I'd definitely call it O Deere not X Deere

Great job of editing. Exciting video, but I hate it for the pullers. Those were big money losses.

Not as much as you might think. Doubt any of the damage cost more than a few hundred EXTRA dollars to fix. Axles and similar got welded back together, or replaced with used parts. Body panels pounded back out. Tires patched and pumped back up. Engines are replaced frequently anyway, a normal cost of business. Even at best, this isn't a cheap sport.

13:55 gets a good pull before it blows while 14:36 blows straight away.

we've been fortunate so far... you can see a few of our runs on my channel. we pull in the 9300 super farm class and we typically pull against guys with inner coolers...thing is we don't have one and still beating them from time to time. we're thinking about getting one this winter and run it next season. so if we're doing good w/out one I can imagine what ll happen. once with... plus we've got a few other things going on that helps us out. if you know your way around not just a pulling tractor but a tractor in gen then you will do good. years of working on a farm gives you the knowledge. a lot of these guys never spent day one a
on a farm and thought it would be fun to buy a pulling tractor. a lot more to it then just hooking up and going down the track...I promise you that. we're living proof of that. when you can take a 5020 John Deere and make it go down the track farther then guys that's running expensive gear and your not it says a lot about the team. Better believe some think there's cheating going on too...lol. in our organization if you feel somebody is cheating you can call for the officials to go through your tractor to see if that person is indeed cheating...if they find that there wasn't cheating then the guy that called for the officials to chk us out and they don't find anything they have to put up $500. We hoped in a way somebody would but most wouldn't cause they know we just simply know what were doing... another reason why I didn't really want to be chkd wasn't cause we was cheating (which we wasnt) but it could possible show others what we're doing giving them the ideas to do it too. so it's a double edged sword. one hand you want to prove to the people that don't know us we don't cheat and on the other hand we don't want to give our compition any ideas...lol 😁 anyways, still a great sport...and a very expensive sport as well. when you don't have sponsors you learn to do things rt the 1st time cause can't have many days of breaking something. been lucky there too. If ya wanna see some of our tractor "IRON HORSE" pulls cmon over to my channel and chk them out. it's nothing spectacular I can prom ya that. just some good smooth runs that won it for us. Good luck to all the fellow pullers all over the world.... stay safe guys...

Forget the fancy paint job and the silly name- learn something about engines and transmissions.
