I wonder if the ford sync features such as the climate commands are for every Ford with the sync future..if that's the case that's awesome..as you said it's hands free..no more navigating through a bunch of screens..use a voice. And keep your eyes on the road..very cool
If you have navigation, you can push the voice button, wait for the prompt, and say “I’m hungry.” It will give you a list of eateries/fast food and tell you how to get there. You can also tell it “Show map.” and it will display the map where you’re currently at. You can also tell it “Zoom In, or Zoom Out."
You can have a deeper trunk by sliding out the floor. You can actually move it a notch down. It gives you a bit more depth.
If you do the symposer delete, you can remove the entire hose. The connection is to the side of the left fender behind the battery. Just plug up the connector hole and you’re good to go. That way, you don’t have a hose hanging there doing nothing. czcams.com/video/NwX7p6OZV7k/video.html

Very cool. Didnt know a few of those and will play with these features in the following weeks. Thanks! My trunk utilized those “grocery hooks” for a back cover to hide the trunk. 2017 ST had the trunk covers.

Did you find hidden that feature where you have a massive coolant leak, the engine block overheats, and then kills your engine?
Doesn't happen to any FiST built after '14.
I've had my FiST for 6 years now and 45k+ miles and haven't found that feature.
Had no idea about all the Sync Voice Commands. I've had my ST for 2 years now! LOL

Those climate voice commands are dope. I usually just use apple carplay though.
You can program your key fob to roll down all your windows at ounce
Is that interior US spec? I have never seen an EU spec with that infotainment system before. If its after market I need to know where you got it!!! any help would be appreciated

Ooh … I always worry about leaving the heated blanket in the back (for the doggo) plugged in. So point 2 is good to know.
If your car is locked hold down the unlocked button and the front windows will go down automatically. Works the same if your car is unlocked you hold down the locked button and your front windows go up. If you have more windows that go down and up it will still work with all windows. Only works withe Ford.

The console features are only for cars with MyFord Touch. My fiesta st has the Sync3 with android auto, it does not support wallpaper or weather. Nor are they necessary when android auto exists lol

The wallpaper is OK to update on 2014 as well with an SD. Source: I have a 2014 in Race Red with the same wallpaper.
I'm pretty sure there's a way it can show you your average gas mileage during these times might be a good feature

The best hidden feature for these cars is that if you want apple car play all you need to do is swap the USB ports in the center consul. You can buy them on Amazon for like 30$. Takes 5 minutes to do

Ima sync 3 owner too but I don't mind because I'm always in Android Auto. Does sync 2 have android auto / apple car play?

Huge tip.. my dashcam is connected to the USB port that comes with the vehicle. Dashcam turns off after removing key automatically.
I bought my Fiesta ST brand new in 2016, and I had no idea I could use SYNC for Climate control!

Feel like an idiot for not noticing the grocery hooks.. like I know I've seen them but never thought they'd be for that purpose. No more spaghetti and meatballs sliding around. The wallpaper thing sucks that it doesn't work on Sync3. Odd downgrade, though I did use forscan so that my splash screen would be the ST one instead of the Ford logo one. Also, I need to try out the voice commands sometime to see if that works on mine.. idk if Sync 3 would change that or not.

@@SmplBuilds I'm so sad 😭 I went out to my car even though it's 10 at night, and the voice commands don't include any options for things like climate control.. just boring voice command options like AM/FM and phone options.. 😢 I have a '16, so Sync 3. Almost wishing I had Sync 2 right now but I love Android Auto.

@@SmplBuilds I did what I could but the setup is entirely different. There is no help section or list of voice commands.. only option I could find is actually asking the voice system for commands and it just told me the categories. Climate stuff was not one.

Yes! Atleast on the Euro spec cars, it will just play a tone instead of the voice prompt.

I don’t think the wallpaper thing works with upgraded sync. I’ve plugged a thumb drive in all 3 ports and nothing happens.
Is there oil temperature somewhere in the hidden features??? I use my ST '16 on track, and it would be useful...
If you've got the Cobb Accessport I'm pretty sure it'll have that gauge.
i saw a vid where you hold the trip odo reset button and start the car. hidden menu pops up with digital speedo, engine temp and other cool stuff.

climate controls commands do not work on vehicle with SYNC 3. I have a 2016 Fiesta ST and it does not work.
