I've heard that the heat warps the plastic tub, & that it cracks in the bitter cold, is this true? I that it's hard to shift between forward & reverse, it looks like it is in this video, is it true with all argos? I've seen them in deep snow & mud & was impressed. And I've also heard that the price is upwards of 40,000 US dollars, is this true? Your feedback would really be appreciated. Thanks.
TBH - it seems like that snow pile would be a pretty easy obstacle. I thought it would do a lot better with the tracks on it. I think a UTV with tracks would probably be a better option for snow.
@@thegrantdanielsband Thanks. I've never driven an ARGO. My grand parents used to have a Cushman trackster on the ranch, but it was a long time ago. I remember it being pretty great on snow. I've been looking for something for backcountry skiing in Alaska and I'd prefer a cab over a snowmobile. But I'm just not sure how well an ARGO would do in deep powder on steeper terrain. Possibly nothing but a snowmobile is going to work in those conditions. I've also looked at the litetrax models, but they have gotten really $$$ and gone away from what they used to offer in small super light snow cats.
@@MrJcjet In 4' of fresh Fallin snow only the argo will do this no sled can 🙂 There are many You Tube videos to show this 🙂 Just need the right tracks and the heavier duty Argo's with the more powerful motors!!
Do you guys sell your machines as new after you rip them like this?
And leave them out in the Whether LOL 🙂
The cameraman is also EASILY WALKING In the snow. 6” of snow isn’t much of a test….not impressed yet.
Do you recommend the plastic tracks over the rubber ones for the 650 and if so why ? Very interested to know more

mine came with no tracks hates the snow its the same 650 8x8 frontier ... buying tracks
Do not buy plastic tracks only Adair's or Alaskan Bush tracks they are the best 🙂
Price tag ??
With ontario tax and all the kit shown you're about $27,500 out the door. A base machine would be about $19,200 out the door.
@@andrewgoodsell600 2500 for tracks?
