She would pack extra in her lunch box so I could have some too. ❤ A lot of happy memories of being able to share my best friend’s culture with her thanks to her mom.

I wonder if that would be too watery with watermelon? Is that what the popsicles are made with? That creamy and sweet condensed milk sold me on this treat, but I realize that not everyone can digest lactose:-/
@@carolyntalbot947I honestly don’t think it would be too watery! I’ve mixed watermelon purée with coconut milk before as a drink, and with the watermelon flesh blended, it’s pretty thick. I’m going to use the rine and jello part of this recipe, to make a spin on my own recipe. I can’t wait. I just love coconut milk over evaporated milk because it goes so good with any fruit. 🤤
