"I just really like that extra half-inch." That's what she said!!!!
Started with an 05 Ego... and fell in love with Planet Eclipse. Owned a handful of markers and still have my Geo 3.1. It just works. Been to a handful of games and never once had to take time and sit out because of my marker not working unlike friends and family members with Dye markers or other older things. I'd love to upgrade but at this point in my life there are not many places to play in northern Michigan and the paintball budget is thin with having a large family. I'd love to own a shop / field one day but that's still in my dreams.
Thank you for your videos I really enjoy your content!
The only reason a Dye gun goes down is because of misuse and not maintaining the marker properly. The Dye matrix is the most advance marker ever made and is unmatched in shot quality and accuracy. Having the best means you need to take care of it and replace some o-rings. But you act like you've never greased your PE or replaced an o-ring which I know is not true...
Reliability is everything. All I ever done to my Eclipse markers are lubing the o rings the night before and sometimes cleaning them. I own a cs2 and an Emek, the only markers i'll ever need. Spire 3 and a ninja tank.
Agreed, troubleshooting is super easy and straightforward. I love being able to hand over an emek to my guests and just know it's going to work. The emek is a huge step up from the rental tippmanns and helps provide a kickass paintball experience.
@@drewkroeker Although I'll never give up my modified Tippman Cronus despite me getting a T15 recently
I feel ya with the tank length. I'm 6'3", and still shooting a 68/45, and I feel like I have to push my shoulder way forward 90% of the time. I find the shorter length can be nice sometimes if you're snapping out of a small dorito and you're kinda cornered, so you have to play super tight. The big problem with that is when I would pull up off the gate with my old main marker, the snatch grip on the back would scratch my lenses.
Absolutely love my Geo4 and the swoosh. PE lasts and lasts and lasts, they are the Honda and Toyotas of the paintball world. You have great taste and some good points throughout.
I loved playing paintball in the late 90âs and early to mid 2000âs and miss my old Angelâs, Autocockerâs, and Auto Mags. I wish I was able to get back into the sport. Great videos Brad!
Same! I started in the early 2000s and thinking about getting back into it but a whole lot has changed!
@@jondough7823 The guns have changed but the game hasn't
Same here. Just getting back into the sport after 15+ years gone. Since mechanical seems to be coming back into popularity, I'm sure I will do just fine with my old Autococker I still have.
Always enjoy the new vids Brad! When are we goinâ to do the PUSH watch party?!
Thanks for the info Big Dawg! I appreciate your insights.
Havenât seen much Forces have issues either. I think Field One doing a great job getting that reputation of great build quality and reliability as well
The F1 Force is my go to when I'm playing points or any of my other markers go down.
It's reliable, consistent, easy on paint ( never broke a ball in the breech with the eyes on ) and low maintenance.
They even use the U-type o-rings.
Just get the li-po battery and you're set!
I think In terms of build quality it's the most solid feeling marker out. But it also is the heaviest so that could have something to do with it.
Absolutely, I do like the Force. I'm actually kinda of surprised. I hated all the Bob Long spool style guns, and the Force still reminds me to much of those.
Not a fan of the F1 force they look ugly IMO and you have to use a wrench to take that bolt apart. They just lack some of the higher conveniences of other guns for that super high end price tag
@@PaintballRuinedMyLife try the VIS poppet engine đ€
class vid all round every thing u want in a paintball vid plus personality and paintball good mixture keep it up
Classic paintball channel here!! Thank you...the best
I use the EXACT same setup. Love it and CAN'T complain about anything what so ever. This is actually my first Geo and only my second PE gun. Before the geo4 I had a M2 mosair and a G6R. I still have my ripper G6R, but replaced my M2 with the Geo4 and I have nothing but positives to say about my switch. Love Dye and Bob Long/Field One guns...but wow the Geo4 is badass! Love the barrel, love the board, build, how comfortable it is in my hands. Love the pointing and snap shooting of the Geo4...it's the best gun out there ATM, in my opinion.
Retiring the gSL and picked up a new cs2 pro and swapped the trigger for an infamous deuce , me likey đ„Č
Have a cs2. I love it. My boy has a 1.5 and my other friend a geo4 pretty much same bolt wise and i love em. Have shot both and i will always stick w planet eclipse ngl
i love the hk aerolite tank you use ....cant get anything in the uk here at the moment like that
I'll never talk down on PE markers, they're awesome guns. But I've been using a Macdev for a little over a year and have been incredibly happy with it, I like the shot characteristics of it, and it has been incredibly reliable for me. Over 20 cases through it so far with no issues.
My Prime XTS failed for the first time in over 30k shots this past weekend and it was only because of a few things that I did wrong. I had a dying battery, had not increased the dwell to account for the cold (which they instruct you to do) and had used bad grease. As soon as I rectified those issues, the gun ran flawlessly.
People love to talk shit about MacDev but the Infinity Drive is one of the simplest and most reliable drives in paintball today and you have to actively try to make it fail (like how I did).
I love this paintballguy!
The hopper has some give, that would make it a little stronger, the stiff one would actually break easier when sliding or taking a spill, my opinion
For sure sometimes they are so stuff they snap off đł
@@PaintballRuinedMyLife also you are great at CZcams keep posting
Iâve been rolln with planet eclipse since late 2005âŠ.if itâs possible theyâve have just kept getting better.
ah crap. Just getting back into paintball and needed a new tank after many years. I had 2 old 68ci tanks... didn't know the new 68s are shorter! Hope it ends up okay.
Is it normal for air to come out of the SFR on the GEO 4 while shooting ?
you didnt mention WHY you went from a cs2 to a geo 4. Also i see you tuned your sfr to max speed, did you ever try it at max smoothness?
Quick question. Which company has the lightest tanks, Ninja, HK Army? or any others?
Liking the Rodents Jersey in the background haha
I love how he always gets nice black and white guns and not some crazy colored guns
You still coming out with the virtue ace vs adrenaline luxe vs tm40 video? Iâd be curious as the slight differences between the 3 different versions of the base model gun.
Probably not a VS style video, but for sure have the Adrenaline should be up soon just trying to break up the Luxe videos đ
Shocker amp FTW.
Ik your not really into magfeed but if yoy got the chance maybe one day make a video about the tippmann tipx, also what happened to the autococker did you build, we never saw the shooting video anyways really good channel keep up bro đ
bro im just seeing this but no wonder I hate my 68 now! I knew something was off lol!
Infamous coffee review soon??
Tea Ruined My Morning is the name of my artisan teas.
is my 2009 planet eclipse ego fixable still?
Long arms = need for stretched out setups. SL77 with a Ninja extender is the most comfy for my ape arms.
I've had about everything in the last 20 months .. I also chose the geo4, just a great marker with a smooth shot and great reliability.
I just recently bought a First Strike T15 and Tippman TiPX after using my modified Tippman Cronus for so many years. Although I still plan on using it, I can't wait to use my new setup! :D
@@justalpha9138 What kind of player are you? Woodsball/recball? Or are you running into the speedball field with a T15? If youâre wanting to get into the speedball field and have a better shot advantage Iâd highly recommend the shocker AMP. Itâs often compared to the geo 4, but itâs cheaper.
@@maxwellav I'm definitely a woodsball player for the most part, although I have been able to succeed in the speedball field with my T-15. It just requires good decision-making and careful aim which I really love.
Good videos, keep going, maybe you can take a Go Pro.
@paintball ruined my life Iâm deciding either to buy a tm 40 luxe or a CS2 Pro, what would you recommend me to buy.
cant lie i like the 3.5 better than the geo 4 just me. that 3.5 shoots like butter !!!!!!
The white tank is very stylish
I just bought a used Etek5 and now I'm looking at upgrading and as much as the Luxe bros try to sell me on it the guy I trust most is trying to talk me into the Geo 4. Honestly it's coming down to price now. A Lux 2.0 can be found for less than $800 now, and with the 4s being new to market, it'll be a stretch to find one someone is willing to part with for less than 1k.
Geo 3.5 uses the same bolt as the geo 4. If you want to save a few bucks itâs a great option
Question, what other marker has the closest shot profile to the geo 4?
Geo 3.5 I hear.
So I'm thinking about getting a geo 4, or a tm40. I am curious what makes you stay using the geo vs tm40? Everyone claims the tm40 is so great, but I'm leaning towards the geo. What makes you keep using yours?
Donât like my tm40 going to switch to this I think
I was on the same boat since CS2âs seem to be extinct. Those were my next 2 choices. I am leaning towards GEO4
Going geo 4 baby
Iâm curious what data is out there to say the new luxe xâs arenât as reliable as these. Iâm in luxe groups, own one and havenât had a single issue. Iâm specifically talking the x not the older luxeâs.
I added the Infamous Deuce on my Geo4 as well...it's way better than the stock trigger!
do you need to disassemble the marker to swap triggers?
@@koltongilbreaith9574 Nope. Just took off the grips and unscrewed the original trigger off. Just wiggled the Deuce into the gun and put the screws back in...Less than 10 min.
@@theeiceman7172 awesome my geo 4 comes in 2 days but I havenât been able to find a video, Thanks!!!!
@@koltongilbreaith9574 No worries! đ
Do they still make the Geo 4 I want one but only in green?!?!?!
So where do I get a deuce trigger for my geo 4 that doesn't have a giant hole in middle in it?
Exalt just released one
i always wanted a planet gun which should i get the LV 1.6 special edition or the cs2 pro??
@paintball ruined my life
How big are your hands? My hands are average size and the Lv1 grip frame always felt way too big. I currently have a cs1 with cs2 grips and it fits me really well
Hey Brad what is the difference between the 80ci and the 77ci in the size?
3 cubic inches lol
Cough cough.... powerhouse regulators are the best... cough. Lol
Brad try the superstanchy customs deuce. Feels 100x better than the infamous. And I do really like the infamous
I might finally leave my G6R for an LV2...if they get rid of that pipe. I CANT with that damn pipe...just can't! It gets all in my way when switching sides, etc. I guess I've been too spoiled by my G6R, M2, Geo4 and past guns like my Luxe X and Ice...hated the reliability of the Luxe platform. Even with how much I baby the shit out of my guns...my Luxes always found a way to go down about once every 1-2 outings.
2:52 That's what she said
Extreme.
do a gameplay video with it
I love my geo4
tiny baby hands. still my favorite clip from any of your videos. haha.
Cs2 vs Geo 4?
Own a geo 4, a tm 40, and a proto
Posted b4 finished post..own geo 4, tm 40, pm8..geo 4 1st tm 40 2nd, pm8 3rd...all 3 shoot very , very good
i dont like any other paintball gun except for cs2 pro tbh idk why but i think cs2 pro is best lightweight efficient gun i think everything else is ugly such as geo or empire guns lol unless its dlx or ego lv
Out of Curiosity ever tried the 88/90ci tanks? I'm a taller guy also and ever since I switched to that size I can't use anything else. it's just the most comfortable feel around.
I have. I used to use a 77 with tank extender. I sometimes like the length. The extra length of the 90 made it hard to get small and snap shot well. I also find that my arm angle changed enough with the 90 that my wrist/arm hits the tank more instead of going in front of the bottle.
Have you ever consider woodsball?
All the time, i just live in the desert.
Paintball ruined your life, airsoft ruined mine. Multi-verse
Just going to come out and say it. Industry secret is... cooler looking Asa's make the gun shoot better.
Who makes the coolest looking ASA?
@@PaintballRuinedMyLife my Op-ed "The Redz Grenade ASA"
You went a little far with the "even the o rings are better" the field one is built way better and so is the tm40 in my opinion, I can concede that they are made better than Primes or M3s.
Lmao đ€Ł
I HAVE BIG HANDS!
It's about to be 2022 ita MAGFED NOW MG100 !!!
Iâd play magfed every weekend if I had a good place to play đ

I dont like the aluminum they use and the way they machine it. Feels like ill break the gun in half.
Still rocking an alias.
Literally almost everyone in the paintball industry will tell you planet eclipse is The most durable reliable marker by far
@@jared6163 you've never heard of a bent gripframe then.
@@jared6163 I prefer my dye m3+. In the end, with the high end guns, it is really just preference. I have noticed that my m3+ is more accurate than the cs2s I play against. Maybe it is the barrel?
@@mirrormonstere113 not the gun. the user. if you keep your gear maintained it will shoot straight
@@MuadDiiib that and I think the dye comes with the best barrel right now.
