    I’ve been doing research lately and contemplating on collecting vintage gear (mainly MPCs and gear that were staples in hip hop history). I’ve always wanted an MPC since I was a kid watching Zaytoven on the MPC REN and Araab on the 2500. Plus I’m new at Ableton after using FL for 7 years years, so this was really satisfying to watch 🔥

    Интересно звучит, сэмплер прибавляет напористости.Какие значения громкости у ударных по отношению к сэмплу аккордов?И какое значение на мастере? 0 ,-3,-6 дб.Я понимаю,что 3 года с момента появления видео прошло,но все же интересно какие значения вы используете приблизительно?

      yes, it's been a while but if i know myself i would of mixed the drums at -3 and the synths at -6

    how are you using the mpc 2000 as a controller in ableton?

    • @Killavic
      @Killavic  Před 2 lety +1

      You can sync the MPC to your daw with MIDI cables, my audio interface had midi in/out.

    you really didn't use the mpc !....how did you sync the mpc to the daw!

    • @Killavic
      @Killavic  Před 2 lety

      You can sync the MPC to your daw with MIDI cables, my audio interface had midi in/out. I mostly use the MPC as a sampler to resample drums into ableton

  • @eclipse8978
    @eclipse8978 Před 2 lety

    Hey dope beat 🔥
    I can’t understand why you resample the drums into the mpc 2000 and then track it back to Ableton …
    Wouldn’t be easier to create a drum rack and play the drums via mpc using MIDI.
    What am I missing here ??

      @JEFFMAN90 Před 2 lety +1

      The MPC 2000 has a thick sound for drums that Ableton doesn't have. Plus the MPC has that groove and swing that Ableton doesn't have either

    • @DustyBeatking
      @DustyBeatking Před 2 lety

      The 2000 gives it a boost on the drums which you’ll never get on the new MpC models
