It looks like a demo on styling products to use at home. To be honest - Kerastase is a luxury brand. I have not seen many black folks use it. A basic twist out can be done with grease and a leave in conditioner and strong hair spray.

It is expensive but omg it is good! I am black and used theses products since my dermatologist advised me to use those on my curly hair as i was complaining of the dryness of my hair. The results chocked me in a good way. I used very few quantity comparing to inexpensive brands but the result is way better than those other brands.
