Thomas mount Nilaparai Kurusumalai Thirumoolanagar Kanyakumari St.George church Thirumoola nagar

Thirumoolanagar is located near Azhagappapuram in Kanyakumari District of Tamilnadu. It is also called as Nilaparai and there is a small mountain called St.Thomas Mount or kurusumalai. The St. Thomas mount or Thomayaar malai or Nilapaarai kurusu malai is located 11 Kms from Kanyakumari Railway station, 17 Kms from Nagercoil and 90 Kms from Thiruvananthapuram Airport. It might be the starting point of the western ghats.
