I recommend Docker or Laragon instead of xampp and mamp. Localwp is also a great option.

@@WordPress +1 here please pin a comment letting everyone know they need theme.json in the project root. You will get blank screen in the editor otherwise.

Can you do this tutorial again but make the voice even more annoying. Make it so its like you are a developer but you are in a daycare like you are a small child! That's a great idea and very professional!
