First question does tortoise pay school fees, doctor? No😂 doctor do you know when your wards calls you for school fees it substract 10years from your age.
    2) does tortoise pay light bill?
    3)water bill, rent and many more not to talk of if you see your sidechic is cheating on him and he can't complain 😂😂😂 will take all your age so we are living by grace and not because of the food and meat we eat and that brought an end to the program 😂😂😂

    Refined sugar is much different from the sugar we get from natural food. Much much different. This doctor never drew the line between monosaccharides and disaccharides. Even fruits whicvh aren't carbohydrates have sugar in the form of fructose, but with two molecules thus being disaccharide.

    • @Light_Bender
      @Light_Bender Před 22 dny +1

      @@doraa2135 the fancy terms like you put it were already plethoric in this interview. A brief detail on the way the body metabolizes sugar in the FEW various forms they come in, is all I was expecting from him. Besides, stating that the equivalence of 11 teaspoons of sugar (REFINED SUGAR for that matter) found in plantain poses the same risk for both food items is a huge misinformation. Refined sugar has been proven to be one of the most dangerous and addictive substance on our shelves and should not be loosely likened to every form of sucrose / fructose as found in natural foods. The body metabolizes refined sugar very very much different than it does that of natural foods. Simple.

  • @Donyina1
    @Donyina1 Před 19 dny

    Vegetables and fruits ultimately break down into glucose, which is a type of sugar used by our bodies for energy. However, the speed at which this glucose is released into our bloodstream can vary greatly between different types of foods. Fruits, and plantain, vegetables generally release sugar more slowly compared to processed sugars. Foods with a high glycemic index, like many processed sugars, cause a rapid spike in blood sugar levels, leading to a swift insulin response from the body. This quick surge of insulin can be harmful over time, as it can lead to health issues such as insulin resistance and diabetes. Therefore, although fruits, plantain, and vegetables do contain natural sugars, they are typically considered healthier options because their sugar is absorbed more slowly and they contain additional nutrients and fibers.
