Bali Hai’. It was the name of a mystical island from the 1940’s Broadway Musical called South Pacific. In1958 the movie the movie was nominated for 3 Academy Awards, winning one. There is a song called Bali Hai’ that is simply beautiful. Listen to it. I think you’ll see why I love the name and the song.

Good choice, longer is nice for ocean crossings, but hey, nothing stopping you from shipping boat to next destination. For mostly 2 persons you have a great platform. With proper planning, you can go anywhere, follow SV Sisu. Season in France is similar to here in PNW, and as much sightseeing.

I was only talking about the Bahamas today with an American mate of mine who has sailed the area extensively on a Gulfstream 62.' I'm looking forward to your review on the Neel Trimaran, I have only heard good things about them. Having a tough run here atm, my brother just passed away with Oesophagus Cancer, actually he beat the cancer but his body became sepsis after the op' to cut it out. Funeral this Friday and we can't attend due no jab. We are shattered. My brother & I served in Sub's together.

Well done & congrat's guys, finally it is all starting to come together for you both. I was only talking about the Bahamas today with an American mate of mine who has sailed the area extensively on a Gulfstream 62.' I'm looking forward to your review on the Neel Trimaran, I have only heard good things about them. Having a tough run here atm, my brother just passed away with Oesophagus Cancer, actually he beat the cancer but his body became sepsis after the op' to cut it out. Funeral this Friday and we can't attend due no jab. We are shattered. My brother & I served in Sub's together.

Can I have some of that bounce back medicine! I guess you make it yourself. Good plan to get on the Med, decent of Leopard to keep a boat for you. How about 'Buttons' for a name? Button grass grows in Australia and recovers very quickly after a fire.

Good to hear your plan, the L 45 is a great boat. The Bahamas is my favorite place on earth and where I do 80% of my sailing. You might get in touch with Riley & Elana of La Vagabonde, they will be in the Bahamas during that time frame.

Yes Jim - the bulkheads in the Leopards are properly glassed in. We checked and there is footage that in an earlier episode too....
