    Today I am showing you what I eat in a day while on my period!

    SMOOTHIE RECIPE
    1 scoop four stigmatic chocolate protein powder
    1 teaspoon cacao
    1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
    2 dates, pitted
    large handful of spinach
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1/2 cup blueberries
    one frozen banana
    water
    TACO SEASONING RECIPE

    CURRY RECIPE
    2 chicken breasts
    1 tablespoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 tablespoon evoo + more for frying chicken
    2 shallots, sliced
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 inch ginger, grated
    1 large sweet potato
    1 can coconut milk, full fat
    1 cup + chicken stock or broth
    2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
    cilantro, peanuts, lime, flaky salt and crushed red pepper for garnish
    I also serve over basmati rice
    ** Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and toss in a bowl with evoo, turmeric and ground ginger.
    While that is marinating, prep your shallot, garlic, ginger and sweet potato.
    Heat evoo in a pan and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes, add the shallot, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the sweet potato, coconut milk, fish sauce and stock or broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer with the lid on for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are soft.
    Serve over rice and top with garnishing of your choice.
