very good lecture. the explanation of the case of TCS Vs State of AP is bit contradictory. if there has to be strict interpretation and there is one meaning of that interpretation, then it has to be strict rather than liberal.

9:06 when only one meaning is coming out, strict interpretation may not be followed. I didnt got this. what is the need ? when one meaning is coming out of provision why strict interpretation is not followed /
