Society is good, many markets nearby, nearest metro 10 mins, 4 bhk cost approx 1.5 crore

For 2bhk it’s 22k plus maintenance, for 2 + study might be 23k
4bhk flat chahiye tha supertech Capetown mei ya noida mei kanhi vhi chalega but budget 1-1.10 cr

Registry ab nahi ho rahi since supertech has filed bankruptcy, loan I think u can check with banks
U can buy flat whose registry already done, u can get such flats
