The speaker started his spritual journey from Iskcon and then Went to study Buddhism from buddha temple and then studied advaita Vedanta. He also met so many monks and sanyasis but after that he find happiness in his own self by doing hours of meditation and the real change came from the meditation he did now he is teaching people sprituality and meditation through his sprituality and meditation courses
